The Space:

The private back yard will be your personal retreat between adventures, where you can sip on your morning coffee or a refreshing afternoon cocktail while lounging on comfortable outdoor furniture. The grill master among you will delight in whipping up authentic barbeque meals, served tableside for an al fresco dining experience under the shade of the mature native trees. Spend a day down at Lover’s Point Beach, just a 5-minute walk from the home and offering a picturesque spot to dig your toes in the sand or hunt for seashells while you soak up that plentiful California sunshine.



As you head out to explore the town and surrounding area, you’ll undoubtedly notice that unlike some tourist destinations, Pacific Grove keeps community the priority, offering a chance to experience a slice of authentic California life through its local shops, restaurants, and streets lined with colorful 19th-century cottages. Beyond this area, the friendly, welcoming vibe lives on in cities such as nearby Monterey, where you can spend the day meandering along the cute boutiques and local seafood spots of the downtown area. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #2 is detached from the home, only steps out the private backyard.



The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a long-term (28+ days) rental only.

• There is no laundry available in-home. There is a laundromat available within 2-3 blocks.

• Street parking available on a first come, first served basis. Please monitor all posted signs.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $250 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.

• A deposit of $300/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $300/month, please note that guests are required to cover the difference.
