YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! Step into this beautiful beach condo and leave all your worries behind. This unit has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. Freshly painted in fall of 2017- New furnishings, remodeled bathrooms, new therapeutic extra deep mattresses, new ac, Wi-Fi ready & modern décor – all together make this a great spot to relax in luxury. The guest room has a queen bed with an additional futon to accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two small children. The master has a king bed and boasts beautiful views of the water without leaving the bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and flat screen TV's abound including the 60 plasma TV in the living room.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen provides plenty of room for 3 or more cooks or plenty of counter space for delivery from any of the many great local eateries. Brand new full size washer and dryer make it easy to pack lightly.
The private balcony provides a great spot to just take in the view, have a meal or enjoy a glass of wine while viewing the awe inspiring sunsets. It is a great napping spot as well!
Take a walk on the miles on sandy white beaches or enjoy the heated pool and spa and any time.
Looking for a little more adventure with your kids, Disney World and Universal Studios are 90 minutes away and Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island is a quick 35 minute drive.

Beach Vacation!

The condo is large and comfortable. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy watching the pool or the ocean waves. It is located pretty close to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was not get the entry codes or parking pass but other people staying there helped us out. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous view and great location on the beach

We’ve stayed in these condos before in a different unit and loved both of them. This one has a great view of the water as well as the pool area. It is very spacious and stocked with beach towels, sand and pool toys as well as beach chairs and even a pop up for hot, sunny days. Would definitely stay again!

Great beach location

Very comfortable stay at the condo. Great location easy access to the beach. Nice courtyard with pool and hot tub. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Nice accommodations, comfortable couch and bed. Overall great experience.

Great get away

The property was great well maintained and views where fabulous of the ocean and sun set! Right on beach which is very convenient with kids. Pool and hot tub where a plus!

Clearwater vacation

A week in paradise

Wonderful condo, pool and beach. The condo is everything you could ask for. Lots of room and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of Guest parking. Mercedes is wonderful! Responds to any issue. Best of all she let us do a late check out as our flight wasn't until 6 pm.

Long vacation

The owner was very easy to work with. View was amazing. Beautiful pool area and beach. We felt very secure. The condo was spacious and had most essentials. Our only concern or complaint was it wasn’t very clean or well cared for.

Wonderful!

I highly recommend this condo for a great beachside vacation. It was a well-equipped condo, very comfortable with plenty of seating and a balcony view of the pool and Gulf. We had plenty of time for relaxation and swimming. It was great! Mercedes is a wonderful host and very helpful with very quick response. Thank you, Mercedes!

Wonderful Experience at Indian Shores Condo

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Beach Cottage condo unit in Florida. Mercedes was very responsive and attentive to our needs and we were impressed by how promptly she addressed any concerns that arose. The unit itself was spacious and beautifully furnished with a stunning balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sunset. The ensuite bathroom had a large shower and excellent water pressure and we found the beds to be very comfortable. Additionally, the outdoor furniture, kitchen amenities and beach supplies provided added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Dream Vacation and Condo!

We have been dreaming about our escape from winter to the sunny beaches of Florida and it was well worth the wait. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect place to watch the sunset after a fun day exploring Indian Shores. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and had virtually everything we needed. Lots to do outside as well with the location right on the beach, nice pool, proximity to Spring training baseball games, and dolphin watching and snorkeling expeditions. Thanks!

Great Location!

The only black mark was that we had serious trouble entering the property for the first day and a half due a malfunction in the coded system. I think maybe the battery was going low. However, the owner took care of it in a very prompt manner. That is the only thing that prevented this from being a five star

Nice home and great location, just bad owner

House was clean and great location. Perfect for our family of four. Had a few issues with the owner. Be prepared to supply your own necessities First night we arrive and are in for the night and we realize there is no tissue. I sent the owner a message and she blamed the cleaning staff but didn't bother to fix it the issue. The next day we are out of paper towels and she blamed the cleaning staff again. We had to buy or own tissue and napkins. Last day our check our clearly said 11 and and 10 the cleaning staff was there. We showed the owner the 11 checkout time and she again blamed someone else and never took responsibility. Kinda disappointing when you travel so far to have to deal with these kinds of issues.

Short get away

Condo was ok. The smell of the condo was very moldy. The stinch of the bird sanctuary next door was very nauseating. By the end of the trip the smell was wafting into the condo

Fun on the gulf

This property was good. It was comfortable. Great views of pool and gulf. Beach was peaceful and not crowded.

Having owned property in other gulf side communities, we found this to be the best of everything we were looking for in a beach front condo.

Starting with the unique floor plan of over 1450 sq feet with so much natural light and gorgeous views of the pool, deck, beach and gulf, we knew we found the right place. Beautifully maintained property, family friendly, great restaurants close by, beach and gulf access literally feet away and guaranteed view of the sunset every night.
After searching for what seemed like forever, we walked in and went straight for the balcony - at that point we both knew without question -This is the PERFECT PLACE!
