MORE DETAILS: This large German Limestone home (Heinemann--Moritz Estate built in1873) was renovated for luxury!
*MAIN bedroom: vaulted ceiling, tall windows overlooking the private courtyard, a King four-poster bed, TV and private marble bath (double Flemish antique porcelain sink, rain shower, and pedestal tub).
* 2nd bedroom has a King bed
* 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bath with double granite-topped sinks and a huge walk-in double head shower.
*4th upstairs bedroom (steep stairs- not for elderly or toddlers) has a beamed vaulted ceiling, 2 Queen beds, a TV and a private bathroom with shower.
* The remaining beds are NOT PRIVATE and consist of a pullout queen couch bed in the main living room and 1 daybed in the study/game room.

The gourmet kitchen has an oversized island, a bar and a Wolf gas range with 6 burners, a griddle and 2 ovens for the little chef in you! The living room is floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the lush backyard, lovingly called "The Secret Garden" by friends. The house also offers a game room/study and a Billiard Room/ living area with a TV for guests to spread out. The house offers cable television, 4 flatscreen TV's and Wifi. The dining table seats 10 with 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The back patio has a dining table for 13, 4 Sun loungers, a seating area for 6 by the grill and a gas fire pit with seating for 6. The front porch also features 4 rockers so there are multiple options for entertaining! The Estate is located on .67 secluded acres just one block off Main Street. Setting includes 2 English courtyards and a large backyard with an old Red Barn!

IMPORTANT: DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE if you plan on having loud or late night partying/pool use. CITY QUIET HOURS are 10 pm-7 am (and neighbors will REPORT YOU). The City is cracking down on all noise violations so POOL and HOT TUB USE ENDS at 10pm and we ask that you bring the guests INSIDE the house at 10pm. This property may use NoiseAware noise monitoring device (one interior and one exterior). It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations but simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Violators will immediately LOSE THEIR DEPOSIT if a neighbor complains to the host. Renter and Guests will also BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY (WITH NO REFUND on the rental) if there is a 2ND NEIGHBOR Complaint OR if the POLICE are called. YOU wIll also be Liable for The NOISE VIOLATION TICKET /FINE.
