The holiday apartment Eva is located in La Matanza de Acentejo. The charming apartment consists of a living/dining room with satellite TV/radio (German and Spanish), an integrated kitchenette, one bedroom with double bed (200x180cm - 2 separate mattresses) and a toilet with a shower and a hairdryer. With a living area of approximately 50 m², the apartment can accommodate 2-3 people.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for a third person to sleep. If the third person is too tall for this sofa bed, extra mattresses or a portable fold-out bed can be provided instead.

The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to cook whenever you feel like it. It has a 4 plate ceramic hob with an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric citrus press and all the kitchen utensils you need. There are enough towels for the kitchen as well as for the bathroom and shower and these can be changed at any time upon request.

Our apartment has a high-speed broadband Internet connection (ADSL via fiber optics), which offers excellent transfer rates via cable or Wifi. Additional amenities include a highchair (upon request) and a shared washing machine.

From your furnished 25 m² balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean, the majestic Teide and large parts of the north coast of Tenerife. The balcony is partially covered and protected from the wind, so that even on cooler or rainy evenings you can enjoy the great view of the garden and the illuminated Orotava Valley as well as the endless Atlantic Ocean.

Restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (1.9 km). Playa El Ancón is the closest beach and can be reached in 5 minutes by car (5.3 km). Furthermore, Tenerife North airport is just a 26-minute drive away (17 km).
