*Indoor pool and hot tubs will be closed for repairs 8/1-8/15, outdoor pool is open * Welcome to Smoky Mountain Escape, located in the highly sought-after Summit Gatlinburg complex. We recently purchased this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo and are in the process of enhancing an already successful vacation rental with thoughtful updates and improvements. Current updates include kitchen renovation, guest bathroom upgrades, freshly painted and updated furniture and decor. Pictures are updated as projects are completed.

The condo features three separate sleeping areas, each equipped with a comfortable queen bed and its own smart TV—perfect for privacy and relaxation. Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of Mount LeConte and downtown Gatlinburg from the living room or private balcony. Each morning offers a truly unforgettable sunrise, setting the tone for a perfect day in the Smokies. The condo is located on the third floor. Please note that there is no elevator access, so we recommend considering this if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

This is our third condo in the Summit community, a place we genuinely love and visit often ourselves. We’re thrilled to welcome this property into our family and share it with guests.

The view from this place was great. It was very clean and we had plenty of room for our family of three. It’s high up in the mountains, so be prepared to drive mountain roads to and from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

The drive to the condo is not for the weak! It’s very narrow and lots of blind turns. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. The pool and hot tub area is clean.

Everything with the room was great!Only downside was the bear that snuck up on us in the parking lot.Thankfully, he didn’t want to eat us. He just grabbed a bag of tortilla chips and a head of lettuce from our food bag and left.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The drive up the mountain was a bit challenging, but the spectacular view made it worth the trip.The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. It was very comfortable.The location made it easy to drop down into Gatlinburg or into the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.We highly recommend this property.

Had a good time. Door code given to me was not exactly my phone # but at least it worked -(typo). My girls were scared by bears walking around in the day light and breaking in the cars but I personally enjoyed the adventure. Adrenaline rush when attacked by a bear. All the amenities were great too

We are from the Middle TN area and have loved visiting Gatlinburg for years! We currently own 3 condos at Summit, Smoky Mountain Escape our newest we are currently adding thoughtful updates too. We also own a condo boarding Dollywood. I love working on the condos and adding my own personal touch to them.

#1 The VIEW! #2 the amenities with the condo complex, indoor pool and hot-tubs year round! Plus an outdoor pool, playground, and grilling area. The complex is well maintained and is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. 3# Though compact the condo layout is very functional and feels roomy with a lot of character.
