This beautiful off water vacation rental in located in south-east of Cape Coral and is equipped for a max. capacity of 6 persons.

You will find 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms in here: 1x King size, 1x Queen size & 2 Twin beds. Queen size bedroom and Twin bedroom share the guest bathroom.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, there will be nothing to miss for a perfect dinner with your family & friends.
Feel like home in the light and bright living area with DVD Player and TV or relax with a cup of coffee on the chaise lounge while reading a book.

Enjoy the nice patio with a state of the art pool & spa, as well as a tranquil outdoor area with BBQ and sun-beds.
The typical native plants provide you with sufficient privacy protection around the pool area. 2 bicycles are at your disposal to use at your own risk.

On site you will be looked after by our property management.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Hidden Gem

We have stayed at some very nice houses but this is the best one thus far. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and multiple selections of nice dinnerware. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The decorations in the house were appropriate with the SW Florida location. The house was spacious and very clean. The pool and patio were great. There were a few issues that occurred, but were taken care of in a timely manner. We would love to come back again.

Renters beware!!

Worst vacation ever! House was filthy and infested with insects. Pictures did not even come close to representing the property. Property management was of no help. They offered to have the property "deep cleaned" and have an exterminator come over!! We packed up and went home.

Paradise!

The property was amazing! Exactly what we expected from the pictures. Very clean. Kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops, beautiful cabinets, plenty of seating at the bar or in the dining room. The pool and hot tub were the real stars though! We spent the majority of our time in them, even when it was sprinkling rain all day one day due to a tropical storm that was passing through. We rented a boat for three days from Captain John and that was a really cool experience too! I’d highly recommend this house or any of their other properties. The absolute only negative, which didn’t bother me, but did bother my kids, was the extra bedrooms do not have a tv; only the living room and master bedroom have tvs.
