Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Check the refrigerator and dispose of any leftover food.
Place all garbage in the dumpster located at the end of the parking lot behind the white gate. Close and lock all windows and blinds.
Please set the thermostat to 80°F before leaving. If you used any physical keys, please return them to the hook behind the entrance door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult on the property.
