Enjoy a 4th Floor Beachfront Stateroom with incredible beach views and access to many Resort amenities which include: private beachfront balcony, wrap-around pool, fully-stocked pool-side Tiki Bar, beach volleyball courts and beachside grills. The unit sleeps 2 to 4 (2 NEW Queen beds) depending on sleeping preferences. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, 2 stove top burners, sink, microwave, coffee maker and assorted other kitchen supplies available.

Debra was great to work with, communication was excellent and requests were granted! Great views from the beachfront balcony as well as the front door. Unit was as described and cost was reasonable for the location. Parking is a little tricky, if you want a shady spot go get one when people leave for dinner

We enjoyed everything about our experience. everything was accommodating. we noticed as we were leaving that it was wet under the kitchen sink. you may want to have someone check it. we will be making plans on coming back next year.

Stayed three nights with my two kids and we loved it. I really wanted to find a place right on the beach with a Gulf view that wasn’t super expensive, and this is the perfect place for us. The pros are almost too many to name: Deb is super communicative, kind, and helpful; Gulf view; steps from the beach; trolley stop right out front of the building; beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided; Tiki Bar on the first level for fun drinks and snacks like hot dogs, pizza, chips, etc.; a beautiful balcony to sit on and watch the waves; very quiet but enough people around to feel very safe; walkable to restaurants and convenience stores; and all the splendors of Treasure Island. Huge bonus for us: At check-in, they asked us to keep our curtains closed at night because it's baby sea turtle season and they don’t want to disturb or disorient the turtles finding their way to the ocean. We were all too happy to comply. Thank you for being great stewards of the environment! We can’t wait to come back! :)

Overall a good little get away weekend. The place was not the cleanest and the check in was a little rough with the ladies downstairs and yelling at customers and myself for asking about parking. Made you wear wristbands and if you didn’t have it on you, you were scolded by the downstairs ladies. It was a holiday weekend so tension could of been just high. Overall very quiet at night and the view is perfect.

Debra offered to let us check in early because the room was ready. We really appreciated this added time to settle in and enjoy our stay. The check in was easy and the host friendly. The room was exactly as pictured and the sunset from our balcony was beautiful!

Absolutely loved the view from our balcony!!! Ocean as far as the eye could see and the most beautiful sunsets. Also very close to Publix and lots of shopping !!!

Loved our stay! Clean room, views just as pictured, easy access to beach. Host texted day of trip to welcome us. We were visiting for Indy Car. Only 20 minutes from the St. Pete race. Forgot beach towels but the host has them in the room. We splurged for beach chairs and a canopy rental on the beach (45), but there are folding chairs for your use stored in the closet. Everything was wonderful!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at this beach condo with a balcony that overlooks the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach towels. Staff at the complex were super friendly. Our favorite amenities were the heated pool and the attached Tiki Bar that serves tasty drinks and foods. You can stay here and not even leave the complex!
