Welcome to the farm at420.Just 10 minutes from whiteface ski center.This secluded property has a new 1 bedroom apartmen located on the backyard side of the main house . It’s fully furnished with a memory foam gel top mattress. 800 thread count cotton sheets
A 50 inch flat screen smart tv, ductless mini split heating and cooling. Full kitchen set up with an induction cook top , microwave oven with exust fan Keurig coffee machine with 6 cups to get you started.
There are 2 extra towels in the bathroom for use with the hot tub. Which is located in the bottom of the play house . Please keep it covered when not in use !!
There is also a large backyard with Mountain View’sand a lean too with a fire pit. And there is a patio with a gas grill table and 2 chairs !
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful mountain retreat away from everything, thebpoctires really dont do it justice. We went for a couple days for our anniversary. The host is on property if you need anything, but you'll barely see him. We'd definetly stay here again. Check out the Veterans Memorial Highway, and the Country Bear diner.

And the is skiing on the mtn behind the house . When it snows !
