Relax on the spacious deck overlooking the river, savoring a glass of wine while enjoying fresh crab grilled on the BBQ—maybe even caught just steps away at the nearby 12th Street Bridge.

Inside, the cottage offers comfort and space for everyone. Unwind with a movie, enjoy games and snacks, or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen featuring bar seating and a dining table.

The heart of the home is a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen. With bar seating and a full dining table, it’s built for pancake breakfasts and seafood feasts. Step directly onto the spacious deck to use the BBQ and enjoy views of the water.

Coastal Perks We’ve stocked the cottage with everything you need for a perfect day out: a beach wagon, sand chairs, and even a crabbing pot for the adventurous!

Important Guest Notes:

Crabbing: A crabbing pot is provided! You can purchase your day licenses at nearby Truckee's or Bud’s RV on Hwy 101.

*Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 6. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

* Parking: Off-street parking is provided for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are not permitted.
