The Space:

Welcome to the ideal Oregon Coast vacation home, no matter the season!



Located just 100 yards from the Seaside Prom, this sparkly clean, newly built home is also conveniently close to popular local attractions, including the famous Seaside Aquarium, Broadway coffee shops and restaurants, and the Necanicum River, where you can fish or toss crab pots into the water for those who have a taste for Dungeness (a shellfish license is required). Extra fun can be found 10 miles south in Cannon Beach, at golf courses throughout Gearhart, only two miles away, and just 17 miles north in and around the City of Astoria.



Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the sparkling, well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, and then relax in the tranquility of the comfortable living area where you can gather in the glow of the gas fireplace for good conversation or switch on the TV for movie nights. The home includes four TVs, one in every bedroom and the great room. Meet up around the long dining table for family-style meals or to sample some of the vintage board games, or make your way out to the garage for a friendly Ping-Pong tournament.



This home also includes a quiet area and high-speed 500mbps WiFi for remote work or schooling while you're away. A Pack 'n Play, two baby gates, a booster seat, and a high chair are provided for younger guests.

This was our second time staying at this home. We loved the location and the home decor. The house was super clean. Our entire crew (pup, too) loved the proximity to the beach, downtown and the ability to hang out in the backyard.

Great location and a very kid friendly home. House was nice and beds were comfy. If we come back to Seaside we will absolutely stay here. Kitchen has everything you’d need to make very large meals. Overall excellent property.

Little Gray Dove Cottage (its actual name) is superb. Well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated and walking distance to the beach and about a mile from Broadway shops. We loved it and would happily recommend it.

Great family getaway

Perfect spot for our post-Christmas holiday with 2 young adult children and dog. House was spotless, beds extremely comfortable, easy to relax at home or explore the area. Both dog and her humans very pleased with the long walks on the beach through the dunes! Would stay again!

Furnishings and amenities are some of the best that we have experienced. Very close to the beach access and shopping. Felt very safe and appreciated the availability of off street parking. Enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

Beautiful and well located home

Just a couple blocks from the prom, but in a quiet area, lets you benefit from Seaside's charms at your leisure. Beautiful inside and out. Excellently equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need. Comfortable, spacious, and very attractive. Only nits to pick: (1) had to reset wifi router many, many times; (2) while lower level was spotlessly clean, some debris on floors upstairs.

Great visit

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Just off of the promenade in Seaside, it’s an easy walk to the cute little town or out to the oceanfront. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!
