The Space:

This beautifully remodeled 1BR with separate living room, dining area, and kitchenette is one of the most sought-after units at the Resort at Squaw Creek -- rated by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the nation’s Top 5 Resort Spas. Located on the fifth floor with one of the best views in the building, showcasing the stunning valley and Tram Face, this open-concept corner unit is significantly larger than the average suite.



The Resort at Squaw Creek not only offers ski-in/ski-out access to Squaw Valley USA, but also has two heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, two private tennis courts, as well as an ice rink and 18 kilometers of cross-country skiing terrain. In the winter, go snowshoeing, snowmobiling and dog sledding. In warmer months. hit the adjacent 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, explore the resort’s nature trail, enjoy fly fishing in the stocked trout pound, or rent bikes and cycle along the paved bike trails. Don’t forget to book a soothing massage or body treatment at the indulgent resort spa!



Big wraparound windows provide epic widescreen views of Squaw Valley’s mountains in the open-concept living space. Enjoy the warm ambience of the fireplace and watch a movie on the TV or hook up your vacation playlist to the Bose sound system. The kitchenette has a Wolf stove top, mini-fridge, and dishwasher. Gather for festive vacation meals in the alpine-themed dining area.

The separate bedroom has a plush king-size bed. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and a double-sink vanity. A large living area features a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.



The Resort at Squaw Creek puts endless outdoor activities at your doorstep! In the winter, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Squaw Valley, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing and dog sled tours through the glistening landscape. In warmer months, stroll one minute to the stunning 18-hole championship golf course. Discover a nature trail within the resort, hit the trails around Squaw Valley's peaks, or hire bikes and enjoy a relaxing ride along the Truckee River Bike Trail -- less than 3.5 miles from home. Alpine Meadows offers an idyllic location for guided horseback rides (13 minutes away).

The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $55 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Good Space and Great View!

This property was on the corner and very quite. The view was amazing. We had a brief stay for a wedding so we didn't use much of the kitchen so can't speak to that. We did have an issue that we needed extra linens and I believe they are still figuring out the servicing of the unit as the front desk informed me that they were no longer providing support for the unit as of June or July and Vacasa directions have not been updated. Overall a great stay!

Comfortable, Cozy, Convenient and felt like a Tree House.

We loved this suite on the 4th floor right next to the forest of pine trees. Watching the snow storm through the bay window looking out onto the forest felt like we were inside a snow globe. My 7year old daughter and I laid in front of the fire and watched the snow falling outside and it was magical. I will cherish that memory forever. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely book this suite again in the future.

The view

Good more for winter with the view unless you use the pool a lot. There is no balcony or outdoors so you have to get out of the building to be outdoors.

Our stay at this unit

Very nice views from the unit, very nice apartment with pots, pans and silverware, very friendly lobby staff, and great location for Lake Tahoe activities. On the downside, bathtub dirty with hair, toothpaste and makeup stains on sink, mildew growing in shampoo and body soap bottles, so not changed for months, unit not clean or desinfected, which is unacceptable in covid times; vacuum cleaner with lot of dirt in the bag, and in general the unit is in need of new carpeting and replacing old looking furniture.

An Incredibly HOT spot!

Literally the room was like entering a Hot yoga class. If you run cold, this room will be a dream. As I run hot even the air from the borrowed fan was not enough to circulate the hot air. Leaving the window open helped as long as you don’t mind the outdoor music playing all night long. The A/C only pumped coolish air, that’s an extra fee to share the diagnosis of the issue, lol. Hyatt shared they are working on the issue. We kept the place closed up the next day and it was better. The space is accommodating and great for making Sandos. The hot plate like stove was ever so slow and it took an hour to cook breakfast. Usually a 15 minute meal ! There was a hair in the tub, other than that the place was clean! The King bed did not have a foam topper, it was hard. I’ve stayed here before during Covid and not sure we will be back.

Beautiful resort but book a different unit

The booking of this particular unit at this beautiful resort was very simple. I booked through VRBO which I have used many times however after that the communication declined. I received an email stating I would receive another email with a entrance code for the unit the day before arrival. When I did not received this code I called Vacasa. I sat on hold for over an hour only to be told no access code was necessary. When we arrived 1 hour early we were told we could not check in until 4:00 unless we received an email from Vacasa saying we could. I called Vacasa and opted for their SMS option of communication and immediately was told no early check in was available. I was fully aware that the housekeeping had been completed because we had friends staying in the unit right next to it. We went for a walk and came back at exactly 4:00 and of course now there was a long line to check in. It was 4:45 before we got into our room. The room was nice but the furniture was very stained and all had to be moved in order to pull out the bed in the sofa. While there I called housekeeping for an extra blanket and was told I would have to call Vacasa instead. On the day before our departure, I called Vacasa to ask if we could have a check out time of 10:30 (instead of 10:00) and was told by their rep that he would have to check with the local team and they would contact me to let me know. I never received a return phone call. Soooo... We loved the Everline resort, the view was beautiful an

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like to cook. Stocked up at grocery store to cook at least 3 dinners and repurpose for breakfast. Two induction burners with only one large fry pan, with stainless steel plate to work on induction. The rest of the pans were aluminum. Another guest thought it appropriate to take he workouts to the stairwell at 5:30am. It sounded like someone was taking the stairs in their ski boots.Reserved room for the wrap around views, nice, but better if every third blind wasn’t broken.It was-not easy to review terms of turn key rental, so maybe housekeeping was covered. We were told at checkin housekeeping would be by every 3-days. Actually as what time we preferred. Nice! After five days I took recycles & garbage out, grabbed tissues, toilet paper and fresh linens. At checkout I was told turnkey only had services at check in and checkout. Also, $20/day self parking and a $40/day resort fee??
