Respecto a la casa : es un chalet adosado como se ve en la foto , la urbanización es muy buena , la zona de piscina que está justo enfrente de la casa es un sitio perfecto para disfrutar del sol y la piscina , todo limpio y perfecto para disfrutar uns buenas vacaciones. Respecto a el sitio : cabo Roig , es un sitio muy bueno con playa muy cerca de la casa , con bares restaurantes y sitios de ocio muy cerca de la casa donde disfrutar de momentos muy buenos . We spent most mornings in the garden enjoying the January sunshine but I'm sure if we were there in the warmer months we'd be at the pretty pool that is just outside the gate. There is lots of lovely outside space to dine and relax and plenty of furniture to do this. The gated community is so clean and tidy and really well maintained. The location is brilliant and we quickly found our way in all directions on foot. We didn't hire a car and never felt the need for one. The supermarket on the strip is just a five minute walk and there is such a choice of reasonable places to eat that we only bought in breakfast and snacks. Paul arranged our transfers and Carole had us settled in and was happy to be on hand if we needed her, although we didn't but it was reassuring. Great communication with Paul. We are really looking forward to return in the summer.

La piscine est grande et bien entretenue ainsi que les espaces verts. La plage est proche(10 minutes de marche) et elle est très propre avec une eau très claire qui permet de voir les poissons. Le plus est que l'on peut rentrer sa voiture dans la résidence. Par contre il ne faut pas s'attendre à être dans une ville typiquement espagnole car elle est axée essentiellement sur les touristes anglais et hollandais. Idéal pour les familles.
