Loved our stay for our family of four! There was ample room for all of us and beds were very comfortable. Salty Dog Cafe was only about a 5 min walk and so was the beach. There were beach chairs, sand buckets, and swim noodles for the beach in the apartment. I loved the small touches of the welcome bag of snacks for the kids and laundry detergent (since I forgot to bring some). Harbour Town is about a 12min drive but would highly recommend! Our host was amazing and was happy to have rented this unit! Thank you!!!

Couldn’t be happier with this place! They should mention that it is literally yards from the ocean. And we saw tons of dolphins there!A few days later, we moved to a larger house with a bunch of family and saw zero dolphins!Coming through the parking lot and getting to salty dog was awesome too.The beds were comfy and so were the bunkers!! We will be back. This is on our list of favorite places to stay.

The place was great and very clean. I just didn't care for the property manager. It just made everything more difficult. They tell you that you should download their app, create an account, and do all this extra stuff to access the info you need for the property. They took forever to answer my messages. I asked about early check in and they never even responded until after regular check in. The code for the door to access the property is ten digits, making it impossible to remember off hand. Their Internet also required providing your email, and it kicked you off every time you left the property so you had to manually sign in each time. So there were just annoyances related to the property manager. My only complaint about the place itself is they provided no pool/beach towels. For a beach destination, I found that quite odd.

Perfect getaway

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed here and really couldn’t be happier about the condo. Location is perfect between the beach, salty dog, and pool. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and a twin which is perfect for our kids. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a fun time, rented bikes, took the ferry to Dafuskie to ride horses, spent time on the beach, shopped and watched sunsets. We would never go back however. It wasn’t a restful vacation because of all the traffic and people. It’s crazy and just not our type of vaca. We are glad to spend time together and the condo was well furnished but on the third floor of a condo unit village.

Apartment is located in a very nice part of Sea Pines....Place is well taken care of. We would have given it a 5-Star instead of 4-Star....but the lack of Good Pots to use was our issue. We enjoy cooking & wish they could add Usable Pots/Pans. Other than that, Great Place to stay in.

Beautiful, Clean, and Relaxing

I would like to thank the owner for providing the opportunity to stay at this extremely clean unit. It was exactly as described. I came into town to train as an advamce tennis player with a local pro. Thereafter, I spent my time resting, recovering, enjoying vegan dinning, and recharging. Excellent accommodations and I play yo bring my family back next time.

Condo was comfortable and nicely furnished. Located on 3d floor so numerous steps to climb. Microwave and range need replacing. Vicasa Rentals was very service oriented.
