We have lots of dockage and a huge covered boat house. We are located in a waterfront paradise in the heart of Pine Island, just minutes to Boca Grande Pass.

There is shopping and a full service marina close by.

Boat rentals and restaurants are close also. The large new county boat ramp is just one street over. They sell bait and tackle and rent kayaks also!

Our home is a great place to just sit and fish off the dock and enjoy the views down the canal.

World class kayaking for beginners or experts! Lots to see and do! Nice low dock for easy on and off of kayak or canoe.

It is home of the largest tarpon population in the world and some of the most scenic waterfront vistas. Our home is nestled in the fishing village of Bokeelia on the Northern tip of Pine Island. Also Pine Island offers some of the best bird watching found anywhere.

Access to open water, gorgeous sunsets, and some of the most beautiful nature is right out the back door.

Trout, Reds, snook, mackerel, tarpon and flounder are abundant in this pristine estuary called Pine Island Sound, Matlacha pass, and Charlotte Harbor. Cayo Costa State Park is just minutes away - some of the most beautiful beaches on the West Coast of Florida.

Our charming canal front three bedroom, two bath home is newly and completely renovated with all new furnishings and will comfortably sleep 6 people.

You will enjoy the very open Kitchen Living and Dining area which has plenty of space for entertaining. The sunporch is an enclosed concrete block room with windows on all sides - great breeze and lush landscaping.

One of the unique features of the property is the completely covered and huge two-boat boat house that is connected to the main home, where you can park your Boat or boats away from the elements. We also have additional dockage all along our 90 feet of seawall.

An extra large fish cleaning stations and a gas Weber grill will help you deal with the day's catch.

About The Owner

Pam and I along with our young son, love to connect with nature. We like to take in the beauty while walking or boating. Bokeelia and Pine Island give us lots of opportunity to do those things we enjoy. When we found quiet friendly Bokeelia we fell in love with the area.

The Owner purchased this house in 2003

Why The Owner chose Bokeelia

The neighborhood is full of friendly folks. The atmosphere is quiet and full of natural beauty. Lots to see and do! It is a reflection of Florida's more relaxed coastal living from the past. It is like going back in time.

The home and its location make it easy to explore all the beauty in the area.

What makes this house unique

This is simple easy relaxed living! Take a walk, have coffee by the water. Watch the osprey or eagles and have breakfast. Kayak or boat the calm waters. Take a few photos and then have lunch at a fun seafood place on the water.

Lots to see and do close by.

Great boating and fishing base!

  • 5 of 5

This clean and comfortable canal home on the north end of the island has all the needed amenities for a great tropical vacation! The house has an open floor plan, large kitchen with a spacious island and beautiful lanai overlooking the water and boat house. The local community is quiet, colorful and friendly. The most unique part of this cozy home is the boat house. This allows you to dock your boat out of the sun and climb a few steps up to get to the fish cleaning station or the house. Chris is very attentive to any questions or problems that come up and reasonable with different situations that may arise. We had a great time here and recommend this beautiful property.

What a great stay we had in this lovely home nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. This house is in a perfect location – pleasant walk to a couple of restaurants, boat landing right around the corner and ideal for long walks around the neighborhood. Bokeelia is a boaters dream! So many islands to visit which makes this area even more intriguing. Quick drive to Ft. Meyers to visit the Edison Ford museum which is a must! We also visited the Randell Research Center in Pineland and the Useppa Museum.

This is a perfect house with its open floor plan, private bedrooms/baths and lovely landscaping. Very nicely appointed kitchen with high end appliances and water views, spacious living room area with plenty of seating, large TV and a generous master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and en suite. Fabulous lanai right off the kitchen/living where we spent the majority of our time, when we weren’t out in the boat, watching boats go by and just relaxing with a good book.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves – Chris was great, quick with answers to any of our questions. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your lovely home.

Great stay

  • 5 of 5

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mr. Irvine was very easy to work with, returned our deposit promptly. The house is as pictured and very clean. Granted it's not meant to be a 5 star hotel but we found it very accommodating and convenient with our 29 foot boat. Very unique set up with a boat slip that is essentially under the house. Even though we caught no fish (thanks to hurricane Hermine) had a great Labor Day weekend~

Wonderful for boating, or fishing, along with the option to be secluded and private..

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed a week here, we had just spent a week in the Florida Keys, and decided to take another week before heading home. We found this nice home, it's well maintained, along with many upgrades. More than enough room for the 2 of us, but the home could easily accommodate 4 adults and 2-3 children. Love the open floor space, but at the same time it allowed for us to relax, be comfy and cozy. A lovely screened porch area, allowing you to drink coffee in the mornings, or sit out and read as you watch a few boats go by. All though we were not looking for a fishing spot, this is a perfect location if you have a boat, or big on fishing. With cleaning stations, boat dock areas, covered, and has beautiful views. Also noticed electric hook ups. We enjoyed the serene comfort, and peace. We were there to just recharge our batteries so to speak.

Chris was wonderful to work with, no problems with the booking, nor getting the deposit back. We would absolutely recommend this home, but just as important we were very impressed with working with Chris as he made everything so simple. We will be back!

My wife, adult daughter, and I rented this wonderfully comfortable home from May 2-9, 2015. We brought our 17 1/2 ft flats boat for fishing every day. Most important was the dockage. It was just great--a covered boat garage large enough to accommodate 2 flats boats, just down a few steps from the porch, complete with hose, electrical hook up, and a cleaning station, plus additional dockage for a third boat outside at the side dock near the cleaning station. Absolutely quiet water dockage on quiet canal. Best dockage location I have ever seen for a rental. Will definitely return. My wife liked the large amount counter space, comfortable beds, and the air conditioner was ample to cool the house on a very hot sunny day. Porch has ceiling fan with plenty of room to store rods, reels, tackle. Boat ramp only 2 blocks away and live shrimp at two marinas on the way out to the bay. The extra refrigerator in the garage was nice to store extra ice, beer, etc., and a new flat screen TV in the living room was a nice addition, complete with Wi-fi. My son and daughter-in law visited for part of the time so the house with 3 bedrooms accommodated 5 comfortably. Plenty of room for boat trailer storage in gravel space near the street. Lots of storage room in the garage. I could not ask for more, and the owner was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to questions. Fishing was great. We had very windy conditions for 3 days but could use Jug Creek to get out of the wind. Went down to Cabbage Key for lunch and out to Boca Grand Pass to view the Tarpon madness. Fished every day. I can't recommend this rental enough--you won't be disappointed!
