Cozy 2 BR townhouse with Pool across from Loon Mtn

Your family will love our cozy townhouse directly across the street from Loon Mountain Ski Resort. take our free shuttle to Loon Gates. Enjoy our indoor pools and hot tubs after a great day on the slopes or a great hike! We are located minutes from everything the gorgeous White Mountains have to offer! Our townhouse is directly off the Kancamagus Highway with the most hiking trails in NH! Minutes from downtown Lincoln, Woodstock and Franconia Notch!
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING there will ber a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off all lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving
