Schöne Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und man hat in Rerik keine weiten Wege zum Einkaufen(2 Min), Essen gehen(5-10 Min je nach Lokal) zum Strand(5 Min) oder zum Haff(10 Min). Sie entspricht den Bildern auf der Internetseite des Anbieters, ist hell und groß für 4 Personen. Allerdings könnte bei der Reinigung der Küche auch der Backofen kontrolliert werden und auch die Gläser in der Vitrine gespült werden. Backofen war vom Vormieter nicht sauber hinterlassen worden und die Gläser waren verstaubt, genauso wie die Vitrine selbst. Die Fenster waren alle schmutzig und mit Vogelkot beschmiert. Die Terrasse war auch im Bereich der Türe und unterhalb der Fenster schon ewig nicht sauber gemacht worden. Alles voller Spinnweben und auch Unkraut wuchs zwischen den Fugen hoch plus eine Ameisenstraße quer über die Terrasse. Soetwas sollte nicht sein, für den Preis den man dort zahlt. Dann keine Handseife oder Seifenspender im Bad. Nur 1 Rolle Klopapier auf dem Rollenhalter, keine 2 Rolle auf Vorrat. Was etwas wenig ist, je nachdem, wann man anreist und die Geschäfte zu haben. Im Bad ist die Duschstange mit der Brause total falsch angebracht. Die Glaswand ist im Abschluss zur Wanne nicht dicht und daher setzt man das halbe Bad beim Duschen unter Wasser. Für einen Mann ab 1,83m Größe hängt die Duschstange viel zu niedrig und man muss gebückt oder im Sitzen duschen. Komfort sieht anders aus.
