Notes
- The apartment is equipped with awnings on the south side of the roof windows, which, if required can be automatically or manually operated, so that in summer the temperatures are very pleasant. The roof was completely renewed in 2008 and isolated to date. With the stereo in the living room and additional speakers in the kitchen and bathroom, they can even control where you want to pamper yourself musically. If necessary, additional board games, playing cards, etc. on loan with us. Kitchen and table linen, we also provided. Bikes can be parked in a separate, lockable garage. The apartment is indeed a Non smoking apartment, but there are ashtrays on the terrace and in front of the house (covered) ready. In about 80 m there is a pharmacy. Grocery etc. is available in supermarkets (500 m) with bakery / cafe - Sunday from 8.00 rolls.
