What makes this House unique
We fell in love with the one of the largest private access beaches on the Guadalupe River. The house also offers two elevated decks to get a birds eye view of the surrounding area. A big grassy back yard for napping in the shade. The house offers variety to be in the action at the beach or the river and the added plus of a more private back yard.

Great place to stay and float
Everything was awesome! House was very clean and up to date. Fairly close to the river (seemed closer in the pictures, but the other condos on the property were closer). The description spoke of another bed being in one of the rooms, but it was just a queen bed. Also, had to pay a $100 insurance fee with the deposits.
This was our 7th annual trip to the river and where we usually book was taken so we gave this a try. What an amazing experience we had! We had a group of 10 adults and there was PLENTY of room. Very updated and beautiful. Close to all the tube rentals and access to the river from property to do it that way as well. Great host and very helpful!
Hill Country Get Away
Great escape for families wanting to "unplug". The wifi and phone service is not good, so our teenagers were confused...talking to each other, playing board/card games and exploring the outdoors is the only entertainment!
Beautiful property with a great view and the owner was very helpful and accommodating.
We had a really nice time staying at this property. The drive in is beautiful and the property is very clean with all the amenities we would ever need. Quick walk to the river and the ducks were fun to watch. Early in the morning as the fog lifted off the cliff you could see wildlife, deer and birds of many kinds.
We loved every minute staying there, which made it very difficult to leave! The views were amazing, the home was beautiful, cozy, and spacious. Plus, the hospitality from the owners was great. We enjoyed our time, and will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Enjoyable stay at this rental. Being that it was during Thanksgiving weekend, there were not many people around, so the place was quiet and serene, exactly what we were hoping for. The best part about it was the proximity of the rental to the river, it was literally just a short walk away. Lori, the owner, was very easy to work with as well, very prompt with her replies.
