This property had all the facilities you could want. Very clean and in a superb location for walking into Palm Springs centre. Hosts were great meeting us at check in.

The one bedroom house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very helpful. We loved the quiet location which was walking distance (20 to 30 minutes) from downtown.

Ideal short walk to downtown for shops restaurants etc. Very nice pool area,and well kept grounds. Very good communication with management. Would recommend and stay here again

We have travelled from Scotland to Palm Springs for last 20 years and have both rented and owned our own property. We sold our property recently and did not think we would find anywhere we loved as much, but we have in this property. We were met by Gehrig & Rick’s concierge, who showed us around informing us how everything worked. The property was spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We have rented on several occasions and have never experienced such attention to detail in trying to cater to guests needs. Gehrig contacted us to ensure we were comfortable and if there was anything we needed just to let him know. The patio is very private with comfortable chairs and fire pit, which is lovely to sit at in evening with cocktail. There is an excellent grill with comfortable table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers. The development is very quiet, it’s hard to believe it is within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs with all its restaurants and buzz. It is very well maintained and very pleasant walk around, there are fruit trees hanging with limes, lemons and grapefruit - you are free to pick some fruit if you wish and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. It is 100% the best experience we have had in renting a property anywhere. I cannot praise the property and the owners, Gehrig & Rick, enough. We visit Palm Springs at least once a year and this will be our go-to property, a complete home from home, we loved it.

Wonderful quiet location for a lazy, chilled vacation. The property had everything ready and clean. Only thing missing was a safe. Great restaurant opportunities and luxurious shopping both in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Can’t wait for a return trip.

The Deauville is really well located and excellent pools and grounds. The apartment was very well equipped, everything we needed…. Brandon even added a kettle so we Brits could make tea!! Very comfortable bed. Simply furnished which worked well for us. We hope to return!

From the moment we booked the owner responded very quickly and kept in touch throughout the following weeks. We were met at the home by the property manager, who explained everything we needed to know about the usual things; washer /drier, TVs, pool and spa etc. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Having two sitting rooms with cable TV was great for my HGTV obsession and my husband's ESPN! Very comfortable sofas in both rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, which we did for most of our week, all good quality equipment. The bedroom was furnished to a high standard, slept like a log! Great bed, pillows, and bedding. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Excellent shower in full bathroom, always piping hot water, though cool showers were the order of the day! High quality towels, lots of them! Liked the half bath for popping in from the pool! The pool was wonderful to plunge/soak multiple times a day, in 117 degrees it was brilliant to cool down. We lounged and dined by the pool, and barbecued a couple of times, loved it! The condo is in a gated community, so I felt perfectly safe when my hubby golfed. We walked up to the main shopping area, which would have been easy on a cooler day! It was a very short drive to pick up groceries. All in all we had a fantastic time, we love Palm Springs but this home is the icing on the cake! Thank you for sharing!
