Robert is a tremendous host and his property exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, location and comfort.

The condo is near downtown Palm Springs - easy walking distance. Very clean and really well equipped throughout. Lots of towels, sheets, etc. the kitchen has high quality pots and pans for cooking which we prefer. There is also a decent grill on the lanai, which we used quite often.The property manager was excellent to work with and solved a couple of minor issues we had very quickly.We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Everything as expected! Location was perfect… quiet street easy walk to downtown. Unit was very well equipped. Nothing more needed !!Doug was the perfect host!!

Casa Verde is the best location, location, LOCATION to all things Palm Springs! Within walking distance of many restaurants, event centers and shopping. Another bonus is the quiet location with other respectful quiet condo owners.Host Raffi is an outstanding host! He is the reason we come back year after year to this well-appointed condo! Raffi treats us like family! Checking in on us routinely and asking if there is anything we need. He is readily available to answer any and all questions. He makes us feel special and valued! Just like the pictures, the property was nicely decorated, well maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was perfect for the two of us for our two-week stay. The owners went above-and-beyond to ensure an enjoyable time. The location is excellent to walk to shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

This place is just right for us. Not fancy, but very well appointed and clean. The location is superb! The bed was super comfy! I do wish there was a grill. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The unit is very nice and well-maintained, and an easy walk to all the downtown restaurants. The kids loved visiting the pools and the grounds were beautiful with lots of hummingbirds and bunnies. Joshua Tree National Park is only about an hour away and is definitely worth a trip. Highly recommend this property!
