This two bedroom, two bath house sleeps up to a maximum of four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dining and cooking needs. The living area has a flat screen TV with guest account streaming service. The deck has a picnic table and outdoor furniture.

Wawona is inside Yosemite National Park, near the south entrance, Highway 41, and near the Mariposa Grove. Enjoy swimming holes in the South Fork of the Merced River which is right down the road, hiking to Chilnualna Falls, the historic Wawona Hotel and golf course, Wawona stables, and Swinging Bridge.

Wawona is an hour drive to the Yosemite Valley attractions.

Guests are not required to make park reservations while staying in the park.

Our family loved staying at this cabin! The location was quiet and peaceful, and so convenient being inside Yosemite. The cabin was impressively clean upon arrival, and having a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms was a huge plus for our family of four. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else!

Lovely two bedroom, two bath cabin at Wawona inside Yosemite. Beautiful place with comfortable beds, lots of things included in the kitchen. Our favorite place to hang out was the huge deck in the back overlooking the trees! We didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO house in North Wawona. The house was very clean and peaceful, and being located right inside the park made it especially convenient for exploring the area. The quiet setting was a big plus after a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for a clean, quiet home in a great location.

A beautiful home in an easily accessible quiet neighborhood in Tahoma. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and communicative. Centrally located on the western side of Lake Tahoe, this home has plenty of room for a group of up to 8. If I ever have the chance to visit Lake Tahoe again I will definitely stay here.

Wonderful cabin inside Yosemite! Walkable to Chilnuana Falls trail, Pike Market, and several other places. Great outside deck area and easy to visit the Merced River which is nearby. House was clean and well-stocked. Great stay, and the hosts were responsive and helpful!

First, the hosts are the absolute best. This was my first time renting through VRBO and it couldn't have gone better. The hosts are the nicest people. I brought my family up to see the places I loved as a kid and they fell in love with it too. The cabin is central to everything in Yosemite. It's cozy enough to just stay in and relax. And it is within walking distance of enough activities that it is impossible to get bored. It is paradise. If I could give the hosts 1000 stars I would. Thank you hosts. The only bad day was the day we had to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clouds Rest in Yosemite, extremely clean with extra amenities. Close to the river with a swimming hole which was much appreciated, would most definitely stay here again! We had family staying at two homes in the Redwoods and both of the houses had very apparent mice!!! Clouds Rest did not Thank you Mary May for everything you do to make your guests comfortable.

Great little cabin! We stayed for one night and enjoyed ourselves. Small market is one block down which came in handy! Removed one star for cleanliness bc there was a mug left out when we arrived and some cobwebs on the windows in the bedroom. But otherwise felt cared for and homey.

The cabin was an absolutely perfect choice and experience. It is inside the park so you can skip all the daily long lines in traffic to get in. We arrived at night and could just breeze right into the park. The location is a bit of a drive (50 min) from the valley but that alone is a beautiful drive through some of the most amazing forest areas. The kitchen was fully ready for any kind of meal prep and the deck was nice. Plenty of parking in front of the cabin. The host was gracious and provided all the necessary information to make the stay easy and fun. There is even a small general store a 2 minute walk from the cabin.

I have been coming to Yosemite since childhood and dreamed of someday owning a cabin in Wawona. As a native Californian, we visited Yosemite often as a family. My family hiked, rafted, and spent time together in this magnificent wonderland.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location due to the close proximity to the South Fork of the Merced River. In the Spring, you can hear the river and enjoy the seasonal stream. There are oaks and pines on the property and the location is perfect for relaxing on the deck.

What makes this property unique
