About NICHOLA MARTINEZ
Live in the Bay Area and have put our heart and soul into renovating the main house and the guest apartment. We are currently working on our garden so that in the future we can offer a variety of home grown fruit and vegetables.
NICHOLA MARTINEZ purchased this Apartment in 2010
Why NICHOLA MARTINEZ chose Murphys

Super cute place, great view, responsive owners!
The cottage was cuter than the pictures represented. The hosts were nice enough to deliver fire wood to the place.
Enjoyed our time in the Sierra Foothills
Property was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with the things we needed in the kitchen. Back deck was perfect for morning coffee. Neighborhood was good for walking and we were able to walk to the close by winery which has a beautiful spot to sit by a pond and enjoy a glass of wine.
Property is about 5 minutes drive to downtown Murphy's which has a great downtown area to stroll through and check out shops or find new discoveries for food.
Nikki and Larry were gracious hosts and had inciteful recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
We had a great weekend.
This is a lovely, quiet, well-maintained property, thoughtfully
appointed with many extra nice touches.
I felt welcome and definitely would return.
Murphys now has over two dozen family-owned and operated boutique wineries, all of which welcome visitors year-round for wine tasting and/or tours. Many of these wineries have tasting rooms right on Main St., within comfortable strolling distance of one another.
Or take a 20 minute drive to Calavaras Big Trees State Park where you can walk the different trails surrounded by some of the largest conifers in California.
