Our 3 bedroom unit has its own private balcony as well as an open floor plan with beautiful views overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second room has a king size bed with an attached room with a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has a TV and an attached bath. The unit also has a laundry room, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious kitchen with high-end appliances.

Located on the North side of Lake Macatawa, This unit in The Staterooms is a newly constructed, fully furnished weekly vacation rental located on the second floor of Yacht Basin Plaza, the heart of Yacht Basin Marina. This unit has lake views and is outfitted with all the comforts of home. Our plaza offers Yacht Basin Conference Center, Boat Service & Outfitters, Down the Hatch Party Store, Anew Salon & Day Spa, Grand Banks Yacht Sales and Capital Harbor Investments. Also located on property by the pool is LoLo's Bar & Grill. LoLo’s is an outside dockside eatery with waterfront views, good eats and frozen drinks!

Our heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through the first week in September.

Located within walking distance is Holland State Park with its expansive sandy beaches, Mt. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, kayak, canoe and stand up board rentals, jet ski and boat rentals, bike rentals and miles of bike paths.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. The Staterooms is not just a summer destination. Visit us in the Spring for Holland's famous Tulip Time Festival. Fall is a great time to enjoy a color tour, go hiking or apple picking. In the winter you can cross country ski, go sledding or marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. Downtown Holland is a great place to shop even in the winter, with heated sidewalks and an outdoor fireplace to help keep you warm.

Check-in time is 3pm on the start date of your stay and Check-out is 11am.

Great condo property

Overall great experience. The condo had ample space for 6 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen well stocked and every room very clean. The pool access was a hit with the kids and the Holland beach is a very short drive.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Yacht Basin Marina! The location was wonderful for our family wedding and it was so nice for 10 people to be able to spread out, enjoy eating in, and also play games and socialize with the other families in our group. We also loved relaxing each morning on the balcony overlooking the water - so pretty! The property was spotless, check in was a breeze, and it was a great location to explore all that Holland has to offer. Chrissy was absolutely great about answering questions and helping us to check in when we arrived later than anticipated. Some of the mattresses are a bit stiff, but other than that, we all loved EVERYTHING about our stay!

A Great Holland Vacation Spot

The Staterooms at Yacht Basin are convemiently located, well-appopinted, near many wonderful attractions (especially Holland State Park) with quick access to downtown Holland and other places to enjoy. The entire process was positive.

Checks all the Boxes For a Short Getaway

My family needed a few days away and The Staterooms was right there for us. The condo was very spacious and overlooked the marina. The property was clean and quiet (even for having multiple units and being on an active marina!), had a large pool deck and waterfront restaurant. We didn't need management during our stay, but someone was on the property every day. In this year of the pandemic, we felt very comfortable. We could ride our bikes or walk a mile and a half to gorgeous Ottawa Beach and stop for ice cream on the way back. The bike trail was right across the street, easy access to many more trails. The only downside for us was that there is no shopping and only a couple of restaurants in the area where all of the beach hotels and rental properties are located. The main shopping and restaurant district is several miles away, so not walkable, which felt disjointed to us. Overall it was a nice little trip, though, and I would recommend the Staterooms to people wanting to visit the Holland area.

Incredible!

My family of five (kids 10-19) and grandparents stayed here for just under a week. It was perfect! The condo was spacious overlooking the marina and Lake Macatawa. The area has so much to offer from boat or kayak rentals to shopping in downtown Holland, a short drive away. Great location and a must repeat!!

Lots of fun in between the beach and downtown Holland

Our group of seven adults, a toddler, and am infant had plenty of space in this huge rental that was great for a big group. The location was perfectly situated between Holland State Park with the beach (4-5 min drive) and downtown Holland (10 min drive). The marina had a lot of fun things to do like a restaurant, playground, grills, and nearby boat rental. Unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials.

Great location!

This was in a great location and we loved having access to the marina! Anytime we had questions we got immediate responses. The unit was spacious and perfect for our family gathering of 11. Everything was extremely clean and updated. There is a great balcony space too that was bigger than I expected it to be. Location to the beach is great! Just a 5 minute drive. The pool is nice but VERY cold. It says heated but sure didn't feel like. Pool was very crowded because folks with a membership to the marina are also allowed to use it. Other than finding a seat around the pool it was no big deal. We only had two negatives. One- it only has a hot water heater of a regular sized condo. So if you think you can hit the beach and then all head back for a shower to go out to dinner think again. After 2-3 short showers we had no hot water. A little disappointing because it required us to rearrange several things we were doing but we just tried to space them out. The other negative which honestly can't be helped but you should know before you go is that none of the bedrooms have windows. This allows for a great wall of windows for the main area of the condo which is where you'll spend all your time. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and each has it's own ensuite but having no windows made it a little claustrophobic for all of us. The easy fix? If there were ceiling fans in each room to move the air that would help immensely!!! My recommendation to you is to bring a fan because it will make a huge difference until they maybe decide to install them. Anything that moves the air would work! None of these things would keep us from coming back to visit again though! We'll just plan accordingly! We definitely plan to visit this area and stay at this location again soon! Thank you!

Family vacation
