Also close to Kalapawai Market and other Beach Shops & Food. All utilities - A/C, Cable, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi, BBQ & Parking included. The Cottage has its own Washer & Dryer. One month or more rental. The owner is a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii. No Pets & No Smokers please. Mahalo!

Excellent location and host

The cottage is adorable, very well appointed and 500 steps to the beach! Host lives on adjacent property and is very easy to communicate with. Any needs we had were immediately addressed and accommodated. My husband and I were visiting family in Kailua and had them visit with us on occasion which host had no problem with. We would recommend this property and will be back.
