Romantic Oceanview Guesthouse. Steps from the Beach!

Just a two minute (75 yard) walk to beautiful Kailua Beach using our private beach access! Air conditioning and Wifi included.

This lovely 'hawaiian-style' 700 square foot studio features vaulted ceilings, a large tiled bathroom and a kitchen, as well as beautiful wood flooring throughout. It has a partial ocean view with nice trade winds on the private slate lanai. On-site parking is included.

The studio is detached from the main house, separated by a large yard and located upstairs above a garage. It has a private entrance and no shared walls. Nicknamed 'The Treehouse' due to the many surrounding trees and island-style landscaping.

Walk to historical Kalapawai market, Bob's Pizza, and Island Snow Shave Ice. You will feel like you're in paradise, surrounded by tropical trees and plants of all types.

This property has been registered as a Transient Accommodation with the State of Hawaii.

Traumhaus in Traumlage. Das Treehouse von Maureen ist nochmals viel schöner als auf dem Bildern angegeben, liegt perfekt mit privaten Zugang zu einem absoluten Traumstrand mit weißen Puderzuckersand. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch, alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es geliebt, abends noch auf der schönen Terrasse zu sitzen und auch morgens dort zu frühstücken. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell an einem tollen Kaffee Spot. Auch der Trail zu den Lanikai Pill Boxes ist als Workout für den Morgen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf bald wieder zu kommen.

Lovely beach cottage

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was some construction going on but it didn’t bother us too much. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a private beach access and close to Island Snow and Kalapawai Market. We would stay here again!!

DREAM LOCATION

We can't say enough good things about the 'Treehouse'! First of all it is the absolute most prime location, being able to walk to our favorite coffee and breakfast spot was such a treat. The space was also so clean and had all the beach gear you could ever need. We loved having the balcony deck area to sit out and relax after walking just feet to the beach everyday. Could not recommend enough, we will be back soon!

Near Beachfront Property

This second floor apartment studio with balcony/deck is three houses from the beach via a sandy walkway. It is in a quiet neighborhood, near parks and shopping services. It is well-supplied, clean and tidy. We would return there in an instant.

Nice Treehouse close to the beach

We enjoy the stay in the Treehouse. Big enough for two poeple. Items for the beach all available.Everything is also available in the kitchenA small criticism is the bed, a bit too narrow and too soft for us. But that is of course a matter of taste.

Cozy apartment near beach

Comfortable above garage apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Kailua. Easy beach access. Walkable to markets. Access to the walking/bike path that connects Kailua Beach to Lanikai Beach (1.1 mile walk, paved). Great sunrise views! Responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood.

Love this place!

Most excellent!

Description of the property was right on. Very short walk to the beach and sunrise everyday! Studio was very clean, had basic supplies and a small deck with seating which we used for every meal. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and shower. Short drive or walk to restaurants or shopping. 10 out of 10! Thank you!

Birthday Getaway

This beautiful cottage felt like a home away from home, reminding my husband and I of our 1st apartment 22yrs ago. The beautiful walks on the Beach to view the sunrises every morning were spectacular, the shops are so close by and the neighborhood is so quiet that we would come back again. Beautiful location

The Treehouse is in a great location, with close proximity to the beach and shops. Great jumping off point for island adventures or for just relaxing on the beach right out front. Will definitely be back!

good Kailua spot

Clean, well-designed efficiency unit above garage with windows on three sides and fans if you like living tropical, and a functional air conditioning unit if you like/need that. Very close to the beach; off a main road. Parking for one car. Owner available via messaging and pleasantly responsive. Just perfect for my trip.

Perfect Spot!!

This is the perfect spot.. you are steps from the beach in a quest little back street. Kalapawai Market is 100 yards away as is a little spot with great food. Neighborhood is quiet and the beach is all locals. The place provides excellent value!
