A soli due minuti (75 yard) a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Kailua usando il nostro accesso privato alla spiaggia! Aria condizionata e Wifi inclusi. Cucina e bagno completamente nuovi alla fine del 2018.

Questo delizioso monolocale di 700 m² in stile hawaiiano presenta soffitti a volta, un ampio bagno piastrellato, una cucina e splendidi pavimenti in legno. Ha una vista parziale sull'oceano con venti alisei sul privato lanai al piano superiore ardesia. Il parcheggio in loco è incluso.

Lo studio è staccato dalla casa principale, separato da un ampio cortile. Ha un ingresso indipendente e nessun muro condiviso. Soprannominato "The Treehouse" a causa dei molti alberi circostanti e del paesaggio in stile isola.

Passeggiata al mercato storico di Kalapawai, Bob's Pizza e Ice Shave Ice dell'isola. Vi sentirete come in paradiso, circondati da alberi tropicali e piante di ogni tipo.

The perfect place

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the quiet and beautiful space, and the closeness to the beach. This guesthouse has been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom, so is even nicer. We look forward to staying there again!

Tree house at Lanikai

Our stay in Lanikai was incredible. The neighborhood, property and room were excellent. The relaxing and calm beach a stones throw away, as well as food and shopping. Our hosts were accommodating and attentive, ready to answer any question immediately. It was such a fun and romantic stay, we loved every minute and highly recommended choosing this for your next getaway.

Everything that this listing says is true…Perfect location..private access right or your door for one of the top 10 beaches in the world.. close to all kinds of food.. walking distance to your morning coffee and food if you don’t want to fix yourself. You won’t go wrong with this ohana.

Just a short walk to the beach

10/10 will definitely stay here again next time we're on Oahu. Just a short walk to the beach. So close we could see the water every morning on the great lanai while having bfast and coffee. Communication with Maureen was great. Quiet location/residential area. Has everything you need for your stay including things for the beach. A/C is a bonus.

Wonderful property, close to the beach. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there. One note, the Vizio entertainment system is satisfactory, however, I would have preferred to have some local Honolulu TV channels besides the Vizio System.

Paradise

This adorable unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: fully stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, even all the beach toys like chairs, ice chest, beach towels, floaty toys and boogie boards! Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy the very short walk down a private trail to a beach with the softest sand I’ve ever experienced. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I can’t wait to go back!

Our favorite place to stay on Oahu!

This was our third stay in the "treehouse". Last year we rented elsewhere on the island and missed it so much that we had to come back. You can't beat the location: steps from arguably the best beach on Oahu, for starters. Far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki/Honolulu, yet close enough that you can get there in 30 minutes if you get a hankering for dinner at Duke's or want to do some serious shopping. The unit is the perfect size for two people, well appointed, and in a lovely neighborhood. Also, very attentive service from the property management company (we had a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed immediately). I could go on and on; suffice it to say that we're already planning next year's visit...

Perfect for 2 people that want to be close to the beach!

The property was very convenient as it is just 1 minutes walk to Kailua Beach. The market where you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner is just 2 minutes in the other direction. Apartment was very clean, they provided beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. Bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet for those that like to sleep in. A nice table on the patio for breakfast and you can see the ocean from the deck. Just a suggestion, but certainly not a deal breaker...A shade for the front picture window would be nice and an upgrade to the TV channels. A few movie channels would be nice for those nights when you stay in. Overall was a very good experience and we would certainly stay there again.

Traumhaus in Traumlage. Das Treehouse von Maureen ist nochmals viel schöner als auf dem Bildern angegeben, liegt perfekt mit privaten Zugang zu einem absoluten Traumstrand mit weißen Puderzuckersand. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch, alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es geliebt, abends noch auf der schönen Terrasse zu sitzen und auch morgens dort zu frühstücken. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell an einem tollen Kaffee Spot. Auch der Trail zu den Lanikai Pill Boxes ist als Workout für den Morgen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf bald wieder zu kommen.

Lovely beach cottage

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was some construction going on but it didn’t bother us too much. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a private beach access and close to Island Snow and Kalapawai Market. We would stay here again!!

DREAM LOCATION

We can't say enough good things about the 'Treehouse'! First of all it is the absolute most prime location, being able to walk to our favorite coffee and breakfast spot was such a treat. The space was also so clean and had all the beach gear you could ever need. We loved having the balcony deck area to sit out and relax after walking just feet to the beach everyday. Could not recommend enough, we will be back soon!

Near Beachfront Property

This second floor apartment studio with balcony/deck is three houses from the beach via a sandy walkway. It is in a quiet neighborhood, near parks and shopping services. It is well-supplied, clean and tidy. We would return there in an instant.

Nice Treehouse close to the beach

We enjoy the stay in the Treehouse. Big enough for two poeple. Items for the beach all available.Everything is also available in the kitchenA small criticism is the bed, a bit too narrow and too soft for us. But that is of course a matter of taste.

Cozy apartment near beach

Comfortable above garage apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Kailua. Easy beach access. Walkable to markets. Access to the walking/bike path that connects Kailua Beach to Lanikai Beach (1.1 mile walk, paved). Great sunrise views! Responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood.

Description of the property was right on. Very short walk to the beach and sunrise everyday! Studio was very clean, had basic supplies and a small deck with seating which we used for every meal. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and shower. Short drive or walk to restaurants or shopping. 10 out of 10! Thank you!

Birthday Getaway

This beautiful cottage felt like a home away from home, reminding my husband and I of our 1st apartment 22yrs ago. The beautiful walks on the Beach to view the sunrises every morning were spectacular, the shops are so close by and the neighborhood is so quiet that we would come back again.
