From the balcony of our condo at Cinnamon Beach 942, you can see the lake and beautifully landscaped grounds of this oceanside paradise. The world is literally at your feet, and you'll love exploring the private beach and lush amenities of our community!

Located on the 4th floor of an elevator building in the gated Ocean Hammock Resort, Cinnamon Beach 942 is beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained, with the little extras that make a vacation easier, from free wireless Internet to a washer and dryer to all the kitchen equipment, linens, and towels you need for a pleasant stay.

Upon entering Cinnamon Beach 942, chances are you'll walk right through the condo and onto the 26-foot balcony, where casual seating invites you to sit with a drink and enjoy the balmy air and breathtaking view. You may just wind up eating most of your meals out here too, for the panoramic views are just too enticing! Seabirds wheel over the lake and the sunrise seems to put on its morning show just for you on our balcony!

When you step back into the living room, you'll be pleased with the cool, relaxing décor, from the whirring ceiling fan to the ultra-comfortable easy chairs. Gather the group around our giant HDTV to watch your favorite movie, or pop a CD into the DVD player and enjoy some music. You can see the wide blue sky from the couch, and you may just find yourself nodding off. Ah, the best part of the vacation . . . no schedule!

The dining area is adjacent to the living room, and we've equipped it with a glass-topped table and nicely padded chairs, just in case you end up indulging in a night of cards. The chandelier and elegantly modern décor make this room a lovely place for a formal meal, but in case you've already decided to dine al fresco on the patio every day, convert it to a computer work station and pop open your laptop, spread out maps and brochures of the places you want to visit, or begin writing postcards to your friends back home.

The breakfast bar offers another, a less formal place to dine, with stools pulled up to the counter. Besides, sitting here gives you the chance to talk to the cook! Our kitchen is open so that whoever is preparing the food and drinks stays in the action. And cooking in our handsome granite-and-tile kitchen is hardly a chore. You'll find all the major and minor appliances here, from dishwasher to microwave, ice maker to blender. Whip up something frothy, toss some snacks in a bowl, and call it a night!

Speaking of nights, you will always sleep well at Cinnamon Beach 942. We know that the most important part of any vacation is getting a great night's sleep, and you'll find all 3 of our bedrooms calming, pleasant, and restful. (By the way, there's also a sofa sleeper in the living room, just in case you need to put up last-minute guests!)

The master suite is designed for luxury, from the brand-new king-size bed to the Jacuzzi-style soaking tub and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom onto the balcony, so you can slip out anytime for a midnight toast or early-morning cup of coffee. Leave the drapes open one night and let the sunrise awaken you -- it's an unforgettable sight!

The second and third bedrooms are comfortable and quiet as well. The second contains a queen-size bed and a TV, while the third offers 2 twin beds in a bright setting. A second full bathroom, with both a shower and tub, is convenient to these rooms.

While you're staying at Cinnamon Beach 942, you have access to all the amenities of the complex. You're less than a 5-minute walk to our private beach and quite close to the 2 heated swimming pools (one with an ocean view) of Cinnamon Beach Club. The clubhouse contains a fitness center, game room, and café, while a children's water playground keeps the little one's content. And you're next door to one of the finest golf courses in America! Please note, the kids' splash zone is currently under construction.

Upon arrival everything was clean and ready for us. The gate staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the 'kids' pool area and the overall complex was very nice. Our unit was comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, WORST customer service I've ever experienced

I would never rent from the company that owns these units again. They have no idea what customer service is or how to resolve issues that they created.

The Unit - unit itself was nice and was as described for the most part. It advertised "oceanview", but that was impossible unless you were outside the unit looking across the street through the stairs. Furnishings were nice and plenty of dishes, linens, etc. There was a grocery around the corner which was nice and a few places to eat.

Customer Service - the reason for my rating - What should have been a relaxing long weekend at the beach was ruined by something as simple as the company not being able to communicate with the property about getting a parking pass printed. When registering for the property, you are required to provide each person's contact information as well as driver's license number and license plate for drivers. This information was send over three separate times through their automated doc system. As my guests were arriving, they were told they couldn't enter since they weren't on the guess list. Not a big deal, I thought, I'll call customer service to get it resolved. After being put on hold on and off for an hour on my first call, I was hung up on. Called back and of course didn't get the same person, so had to start over. After another 15 minutes of being on hold and being told she was "coordinating" with Accounting (unit has been paid for, why accounting?) to get the pass faxed over (it's 2016, who still faxes?!). This whole time my in-laws are sitting in a computer lab waiting on this pass to print. Hung up on again while waiting for Accounting to confirm. After 3 HOURS, finally got a call from Accounting that she would be faxing the pass over - in 20 MUNTES! What?! I can't really blame the people on the phone. This falls on the ownership and their lack of training and antiquated methods. No idea how this company is still in business. Thanks for trying to ruin our Mother's Day weekend. Guess they are fine with renting once and never again. Not very smart if you ask me.

Condo was very clean other than sticky kitchen floor. Furniture and carpet were dated but functional. Mattresses ok. Good support by IT staff helping us with tv/cable. Better instructions on how to use would have prevented calls. No blender or mixer in kitchen. Not even a hand mixer. Unacceptable! Beach and a common use facilities (pools, snack bar, recreation room) were great. A locker on garage level would have been nice to store beach equipment so we didn't have to lug and store in room.

Great Weekend Getaway

Unit was very nice and well maintained. We were all pleased with unit's amenities and the décor of the unit was pleasing as well. Very nice area where located and have already booked our next stay for Labor Day. Keep in mind that units numbered in the 800's and 900's are the closest to the pools. Will definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.
