Two-story, 1566 square-foot beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath, located in school D20.
This property was the first house I bought after living and working in the City of Colorado Springs for 3 and 1/2 years. It is a pet free, smoke free and shoe-free environment. I had bought this property for it to be my primary resident. However, I ended up traveling a bit more than I had planned, so the home I wanted to build has been sitting empty more often than has been lived in. So, this is now a beautiful vacation/corporate rental for travelers who come to Colorado for vacation or for those executives who are in town for short and long term assignments. It can also be rented as corporate/executive rental. Please take care of it as if it is your own home that you are willing to take good care of. I open my house to you and I hope that you take care of my house so that it continues to provide a roof over our head on those nice weather days as well as on those not-so-nice weather days. You will have access to the property less the garage and the coat and linen closets.
I will be checking the guests in and the guests are encouraged to text and/or call any time they have a question.
The property is located 15 minutes from the favorite tourist place for Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods. The house is within 5 miles radius from a few grocery stores (Kingsooper, Albertsons, Natural Grocers/Whole Food, Target and Walmart) and major hospitals. It is within 5 miles radius of a few major shopping centers (Briargate Promenade shopping center and Chapel Hills mall). It is a few miles away from the Air Force Academy. It is within reasonable distances from a few Air Force Bases (Peterson, Schriever, and Cheyenne Mountain). It is located 1 mile from major highway, I-25.
Of course, there are other things to do and skiing is one of the activities. Living here for many years but I have not done any skiing myself. However, I have friends who would be driving to Copper Mountain and other neighboring ski resorts as day trips. There are also hiking trails in Colorado Springs and they are only short driving distance. The house is also pretty close to Manitou Springs if you want to stay here and take a day trip down there to enjoy what this part of Colorado has to offer.
Cripple Creek casino is about 60-75 minutes away.
The property has easy access to the major highway (I-25).

I consider myself Colorado native since it is the first State I came to live in and I have never left it to go live elsewhere. I visited many other States but only live in Colorado. The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is conveniently located near Air Force Academy, which makes it a perfect place for those AFA-related events. It has very easy access to I-25, which is the major highway to get to any other cities in CO. It has whole food and sprouts stores within short driving distances. Your home away from home is furnished with full kitchen appliances and cookwares. However, there are quite a few restaurants around the area for those days where you do not feel like cooking during your stay. It is also conveniently located near areas like Garden of the Gods as well as some nice trails near Monument. You can take your pick on the activities you choose to do for the day after getting up from a good night of sleep on those comfortable memory foam beds (2 out of three beds are furnished with memory foam mattresses). It is located 30 miles from Castle Rock, which has an outlet mall for those who like to shop. But Colorado Springs also has a few malls within the 5-10 miles distances. Apart from all that, your home away from home is located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Even though garage is not part of the rented space, you do have two generous parking spots on the driveway, so parking is not an issue.
