We live in Southern California and come to the islands several times a year for family and fun. I grew up in So Cal, and my wife is from Japan. We love Hawaii and all it has to offer, and spend every possible moment we can here! We have 3 boys who love to surf and snorkel every chance they get.

Love the Location!!!

We recently completed a week long stay at this well located property. Traveling as two couples, we had everything that we needed at a reasonable price. This is not a luxury property but is very clean and well laid out in a small footprint. We did purchase a couple pillows for our stay but personal preference maybe. The security, parking and rooftop pool are all great amenities of this building. The lanai was a great place to kick back and enjoy the weather! There is a grocery store a short block away and an ABC store another block away so you can get most things that you need very quickly. You are within walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and Waikiki beach. We phoned as we were leaving the airport and Marc quickly responded and met us at the building to give us the rundown and let us into the property. Marc was easy to work with and had great communication! If you want to be in the thick of Waikiki, I would highly recommend this property. If you need luxury beds, this is probably not your choice but otherwise, everything is nicely appointed. We are looking forward to staying again on our return trip to Waikiki.

Awesome location

Great location however a bit noisy. Rooftop pool and patio were awesome and grills the cleanest we had ever seen at previous rentals. Marc the property manager went above and beyond to address our concerns, provided a new set of pots and pans, pillows and an air conditioner for the spare bedroom. Couldn't ask for better service!

Owner's Response: The unit is located in the heart of Waikiki. Unfortunately this unit is in the center of all the action in the town but at the same time because of where it's at, it makes everything very convenient. Thank you for staying with us!

Centrally located close to main streets of Waikiki

This apartment had all the necessary amenities required including a sizeable kitchen and in-apartment washer/dryer. We experienced some shortfalls in communication between owner and on-island representative (who we were unable to contact on day of arrival) resulting in our inability to access the apartment for 4 hours after arrival. We had a temporary failure of the a/c in one of the bedrooms which was swiftly rectified by the owner, however the effectiveness of the a/c units in the bedrooms is limited. We had good access to cable television and internet during our stay until approximately 5 days to departure, at which time we lost cable tv. This was not restored prior to departure. The street noise heard from the apartment was evident, especially traffic and regular trucks and buses. Out of the apartments control but something to be aware of. Overall a good apartment for our needs, which allowed us to cook, utilise the hot tub (more than expected considering the weather), and provided us a home base from which to work from.

Communications at times from the owner was very prompt and proactive.

Owner's Response: We are so glad that we were there in Hawaii when the A/C went out! My husband is a contractor so we were able to bring and install the A/C the next day. If we had to order A/C company to bring brand new A/C and install, normally takes about few days or a week depends on how busy they are. We are sorry about the cable. It was happened to be the day our cable company switch the system. We went to the cable company a day before (since we received notice letter) to make sure we don't have to do anything for the system switch and they said it is all taking care of but of course, our cable didn't work after the system switch....eventually, technician came and fixed it. I have to mentioned your inconvenience at the check-in, as check-in instruction stating to call island contact from the airport to set up the time to meet, our island contact was waiting for your call. He did not know you were waiting at the condo. I hope you had a great time in Hawaii and hope come back to us in the new future. Mahalo.
