Cette maison de ville est situé dans Kawama Yacht Club dans le coeur de Key Largo. Kawama Yacht club est situé à quelques minutes de John Pennekamp State Park qui est mondialement connu pour ses sites de plongée sous-marine et la plongée en apnée. Grands restaurants sont à distance de marche.
Le lotissement est décorée avec goût avec une sensation de chalet d'été. Il a de nouveaux appareils et de nouveaux meubles. Cette unité dispose de deux chambres, deux salles de bains, salle de séjour et un grand balcon donnant sur le lagon. Le lotissement est situé directement en face d'une lagune d'eau salée fraßche et à quelques pas de la piscine. Cette disposition est idéal pour les familles. Les adultes peuvent regarder les enfants se baigner dans le lagon ou sautent des plates-formes tout en vous relaxant sur le balcon ou dans le salon. L'unité est livré avec toutes les commodités.
Les équipements de Kawama Yacht Club comprennent une marina sur place (avec rampe), l'accÚs en bord de mer, 24 heures de sécurité, bateau stationnement de la remorque, lagon d'eau douce de sel, piscines chauffées, jeux pour enfants, une petite plage de sable et des courts de tennis. Ces services font Kawama Yacht Club la meilleure valeur pour votre argent. Vous pouvez faire du bateau, plongée, kayak, paddleboard, le poisson ou tout simplement prendre un bronzage. Family weekend stay.

The location is great, close to plenty of restaurants and great hang outs. The townhouse is clean and roomy, although I wish it would have dark shades for the windows and sliding glass doors. The kids room was great size and beds were comfy! I wish I could say the same for the primary kind bed.

Great Spot for Kids

U it was clean and as described, perfect for family of 4. Lagoon was fun to see and feed fish, learn to snorkel. Pools were fun and other guest were friendly. Pretty quiet after 8p which was great for kids sleeping. We’d go back. Unit also includes most basic essentials including beach towels.

Great stay...should have stayed 2 nights instead of one. The outside seems sketchy; inside perfect!

The location was so close to everything...but then again it is Key Largo, lol. Would definitely stay again. We were a little nervous about the location but the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The inside is cleanly designed. Kind of hotel like but welcoming enough. Loved the lagoon and proximity of the pool. Loved our quick stay!

Short vacation

We really enjoy the house, very clean. Perfect position near the lagoon and the pools. We docked our boat on the marina ( booked separate) and everything was organized and clean. We spent a lot of time near the water on the barbecue area.. was a pleasure to seat on a comfortable chairs and take a look the beautiful Ocean. Definitely very happy about out vacation, we will back!

Great stay at Kawama

We've stayed in Kawama many times but this was our 1st experience in this particular unit. The property was wonderful. The unit was newly renovated well stocked and extremely clean and tidy. We had everything we needed to enjoy a great family vacation in style. The check in process could not have been easier. Aside from the unit itself Kawama is a great place to stay with a family and small children. It's in a perfect location and there is plenty to keep the family busy inside the compound. Would highly recommend!

Check in at 4PM, Check out at 11an is a joke. Maybe if this was a Five star condo. Needs a little more attention to details. Window treatments were broken and not working well. Dirty laundry was left in closet from previous people. Kitchen needed to be fumigated, roaches and sugar ants." My morning surprise when the lights went on". Overall, this place could be nicer if it was polished. The outside area is a bit weathered needs cleaning and manicuring. Pools were nice. Good Location. Try your Luck! PS. the sand fleas will eat you alive...your in the mangrove! Be prepared!

Good facility, average unit

We enjoyed the facility with pools, the lagoon and ocean access. The unit was clean on arrival but in a bit of disrepair. Door handle is duct taped on, blinds are beat up and missing many slats, and the fridge freezes everything on the top two shelves. AC worked great! The washing machine wouldn't work and the owner/manager wasn't able or willing to address this. We had no sheets for the sofa bed. My kid slept on and under towels the first night. After the owner/manager was unable to help me with this, I ended up having to get into the owners cabinet with a screwdriver where there were plenty of sheets. Would recommend the Kawama yacht club but this unit needs work.

Not as expected

So, firstly - the property was mostly clean (cookware and oven very dirty) and in a really nice location. But it is in disrepair in general - (1) missing/broken blinds don't allow privacy or the ability to block bright outside lighting at night, (2) AC is not properly tuned - normal running at 73 degrees results in condensation buildup on ceiling registers and subsequent dripping onto furniture and bed occupants, (3) Provided supplies are VERY limited: not a blanket for each bed, one dish towel, one roll of paper towels, no salt, etc etc (4) ice maker, water dispenser broken. Stove top in bad shape. I could go on, but I hate writing a bad review. The pluses of the place are (1) location, (2) cleanliness, (3) porches are great.

very clean but needs some attention

We stayed 4 nights at this condo and it was in a good location, had a very nice view of the pond in front, very clean and the furniture was updated and in good condition. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. However there were some things missing or needing repair that we think detracts from this property: Kitchen- Laminate on multiple kitchen cabinets is peeling, the lazy susan in the corner cabinet is broken, Kitchen faucet is fixed in one place and will not pivet over either of the double sinks, the stainless plate to cover a soap dispenser on the kitchen sink is rusty, no mixer, no casserole dishes, muffin pans, cookie sheets etc for baking or heating food in the oven, only four dinner plates, and the only small saucepan we found in the kitchen was under the kitchen drain so I assume it was leaking. Bath: There were no wash cloths in the bathroom so we had to buy some. Other: The patio door window treatment in the master bedroom do not slide open properly and there is a large light just outside which lit up the bedroom at night making it hard to sleep. With that said, we still enjoyed our stay and would have given a higher rating if the above things are fixed/provided.

Probably Won’t Be Back

We choose this place last minute for a short stay based off of the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can’t agree with them. It starts off with the parking. Although no fault of the owners, the parking is horrendous. We walked in and we’re greeted with the musty smell from the AC being turned too high for the summer months. The towels were full of a mildew smell. Not quite what you want to dry your face off on. It smelled like they were left to sit in the washer too long and then just thrown in the dryer. We had to wash them to use them the rest of the stay. Of course there was no soap for the laundry so we had to go get some. There were also no extra garbage bags. Not quite sure what they want their guests to put garbage in once the bag was full and taken out. The floors were in desperate need of a deep cleaning as our feet were black from them. We ended up needing to wear shoes just to keep our feet clean. And there were sugar ants everywhere. Don’t leave ANYTHING out. Everything needs to stay in the fridge to be safe.

Beautiful property perfect for kids

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, the yacht club is nice but outdated which they are working on areas of it. Parking is tight, only a couple spots for each property, if that. Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen although it was missing a couple essentials like baking sheets, and the sink nozzle doesn’t move so washing dishes was a bit of a pain, but not the end of the world. My only real complaint is with Victor’s communication prior to our trip. We were wanting to bring down our 21 ft seafox with us, so I confirmed with victor that we can park in the boat trailer lot as listed in the description. He didn’t respond via message on the app or text message for almost a month. I did figure out he’s much better at answering his phone, so he did tell me that he might be able to figure something out, but the boat trailer lot is almost always at capacity I was told. He said he had other properties with more area and we might be able to leave it there, but said you have to carry a 300k insurance policy and said he’d see what he can do about space to park and would let me know. I never heard back from him over the next couple weeks so we made other arrangements instead. Other than that, he was able to let us know that we could check in early because the cleaning lady had finished early (I called him to see if there was any way we could check in before 4, and he did follow through on letting us know that we were able to do so. Overall great experience, would probably stay here again. Our kids didn’t want to leave!
