We are pleased to offer WaterFront Getaway VI, a stunning Beach Home located in beautiful Mission Beach. This beautiful vacation home is comprised of two 3 bedroom townhomes in a 4 unit building, for a total offering of 6 Bedrooms and 6 Baths that sleeps 18! Pricing includes both units.

Unit A is a corner townhome (far left windows on 2nd & 3rd floor as you face the building) and Unit B is the center townhome (center windows on 2nd & 3rd floor as you face the building). Units are not connected inside & have separate entries off the ground floor, with main living areas & bedrooms on 2nd & 3rd floors.

Corner unit is a beautiful 3br + 3ba that houses arguably THE BEST Master Suite & Views in the complex, with floor to ceiling windows throughout & rare Southern exposure taking full advantage of the Sunlight. Upstairs is a large 3br + 3ba that is a middle unit located on the 2nd & 3rd floors, with a gorgeous fully remodeled kitchen & huge, spacious bedrooms…plenty of room to fit a large family!

This is the Ultimate Beach Home, consisting of 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, & 2 dining areas. There are TV's in both living rooms and all bedrooms (except bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds—in the upstairs unit)! Enjoy the outdoor living areas that surround this beach home. This vacation home encompasses 2 water view balconies with 2 BBQ's. Ideal setup for enjoying sunrises and relax with a glass of wine while BBQ'ing you're your closest friends & family.

This truly is a family-friendly vacation destination, with a lifeguard tower, swim-friendly bay & white sandy stretch of beach with DIRECT ACCESS from our 55' wide ground floor patio, & steps to Mission Bay Aquatic Center...ideal for kayaking, sailing, paddle boating, jet skiing, & much more! We offer parking for 4 vehicles (***6' Clearance Height or less*** due to the steep incline of the driveway, larger vehicles may top out as they come down the steep driveway incline ***MOST LARGE SUV'S WILL NOT FIT***), as well as washer/dryer in both units.

This home comes also fully equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, & beach toys. We work directly with a local bike shop that offers our tenants discounts on certain beach cruiser rentals. We also provide our guests with Wifi Internet and High Def Cable TV package. ***NOTE that the corner unit only has A/C, and due to the way the air conditioning venting is setup in the corner unit townhome, the living room area typically takes longer to cool down compared the remainder of the home especially on hotter days. We do have ceiling fans & floor fans to help keep the area cool!

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.

• NUMBER OF GUESTS | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.

• CONDUCT OF GUESTS | The rental is not intended for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except those who have paid to occupy the property. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these charges.

• ARRIVAL TIME | Check in is at 3 pm. Early arrivals may be arranged pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule, and are strictly prohibited during the peak Summer period. Please contact us 24-48 hours prior to your arrival to make these arrangements. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check in time.

• DEPARTURE TIME | Check out is at 10 am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the home for any incoming guests. A 1 hour late departure may be arranged pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule.

• BEACH STUFF | Our homes come with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and sand toys. Our typical standard is 1 boogie board per bedroom, 1 beach towel + 1 per bedroom, and 1 beach chair per bedroom + 1. For example, a 2 bedroom home will have 2 boogie boards, 3 beach chairs, and 3 beach towels. Those properties with multiple units, please be mindful to share with other building occupants.

• AIR CONDITIONING | Please refer to your specific property if air conditioning is provided. If the advertisement does not say that air conditioning is offered, than the home does not have air conditioning. Note that the majority of area homes do not have air conditioning due to the mild year-round San Diego coastal climate (average approximate 65 degree year-round temperatures, with Summer averages at approximately 69 degrees!). In such cases where air conditioning is not supplied, our homes are outfitted with ceiling and/or floor fans to help keep cool.

• ACCESS | The majority of our homes are accessed via a door code (keyless!) or lockbox. Access codes are provided 2 days prior to arrival. For those homes with a lockbox, we prefer the keys stay in the lockbox so that each member of your group can access the home at any time. This helps not only eliminate multiple keys but also prevents keys form getting lost.

• SMOKING | Smoking is strictly prohibited

• CLEANING SUPPLIES | We provide a starter kit of expendable cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & garbage bags. Please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Cleaning requirements upon departure are outlined in your guest Welcome package.

• LINENS & TOWELS | Bath towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, and beach towels are provided. DO NOT take the home's linens or bath towels outside. Please allow us to wash the home's linens unless you need clean linens during your stay.

• UPON ARRIVAL | Take a look around the home. If there are concerns or issues with your rental property, please immediately contact our office (leave a message if there is no answer). No refunds or considerations are given unless were notified of problems during your stay.

• EMERGENCIES/ MAINTENANCE | In the event of a problem getting in the home or if there are problems with condition or functionality of the home, please immediately contact our office (leave a voice message if there is no answer, we will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible).

• LEFT ITEMS | Please check carefully for belongings before you leave. Guests must send a self-addressed prepaid stamped envelope to have left items returned OR remit at $25 payment via PayPal (larger/heavier items may require an additional fee). Pick up may also be arranged at our San Diego office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any left items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to Goodwill.

• SECURITY & SAFETY RISKS | When you rent the home, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the home. There is a key lockbox or door combo to which you will be given a code 2 days prior to arrival.

• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, driving directions, wifi info, local eats, & area attractions.

• INFANT & TODDLER ITEMS | Guests may rent toddler items like cribs, high chairs, and pack n plays from a recommended local vendor. Vendor contact information is included with your Welcome package that is sent 2 days prior to arrival.

• PETS | Please refer to your specific property if pets are allowed

Everything is great!! We are having a wonderful time!! The vans made it into the parking garage, but we are finding that it is difficult to try get out the garage so found a couple of spaces on El Carmel Pl…. it is so convenient!!

We already rented some boards, the kids have gone to the beach, we went to the USS Midway today… weather has been perfect!!

Had a blast, A+ rating!!!

We were a bit worried about space as there were 2 extended families with 18 people total, but both townhomes were very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. With little kids is was so nice to be on the bay, which is a bit more low key & easier to watch them play in the bay. There were plenty of sand toys and beach chairs, both kitchens were fully stocked. We enjoyed sipping wine on the balconies overlooking the relaxing water, no complaints!!!

Fantastic place for all 16 of us. Both homes very very clean & kitchens nicely stocked. On the ground floor entry there's a hose & place to stash boogie boards & toys, which was nice as we didn't drag sand to the 2nd & 3rd floors. The bedding was top notch and all the bedrooms were a nice size, tons of closet space, and most had their own bathrooms. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but we did have questions prior to arrival & our representative was extremely helpful! The Location is a must see!!!

Nice great location beautiful views

Both units were clean and well equipped. With exception of the floors. Floors were very dirty. Soles of socks black. Understanding that this is a beach front unit, and hard to maintain I do expect moderately clean floors on arrival. Location is great. Views well worth the expense Units need some. Minor repairs Several light sockets not working did raise a concern about electrical safety Parking is provided which is great if you drive a short wheel based sedan. SUV, And longer cars will not fit in parking garage Parking lot however was an easy walk. Only one night had to park 6 blocks away, something to consider with older or handicapped clients The building was burglarized during our stay and several times had to run off people loitering. Pictures are accurate Dispute some minor problems stay was good.

Amazing place to escape the Arizona heat!

It was 115 degrees when we left Phoenix...we arrived in San Diego to a whopping 79 degrees! Besides the amazing weather & being right on the water, the two townhomes themselves were fantastic & suited all 16 of us perfect.

There was plenty of space, lots of beach toys & chairs, nice & quiet/relaxing area, units were super clean, the furniture was very nice & updated, tons of kitchenware.

The grandparents in our group really enjoyed sitting on the shaded balcony & watching the kids play in the 70 degree water. There are restaurants within walking distance, which made it much easier with all our kids. Overall we'd recommend it for any extended family.

We appreciate the lovely stay!

Great location. Propert could use some furnishing and utensils improvements including new BBQ grill. Quiet Mission Bay Beach front and super fast, easy walk to Mission Beach.

Lots of Space, good location

The place is big.

NOTE-- it is two 3 bedroom places that are adjacent. The only thing connecting them are back alley balconies. This was not a big deal for me, but it does feel like two separate residences when you are there (which maybe isn't a bad thing depending on your family dynamic).

Very close to jet ski rental spot on the bay. About 30 yards from the Ocean side and going on the beach there (just walk west).

You are central though between Mission Beach bar/restaurant area and Pacific Beach bar/restaurant area.. This is nice because you can go to either; but it's not great when on beach and have to hike a bit for food or a drink.

Place was nice.. Lot's of beach toys and bath towels were a plus, nice balconies def a plus.... Zero toiletries a negative.

This is a good value. If you are planning to "party" I do not recommend this spot. If you are going on a family trip, it's a great place.
