Glenn was great. He responds in minutes to any question asked. The house was lovely. Literally a one minute walk to the beach. It was also very private. We would stay there again.

We had a great time with family that flew in from the west coast. We had a full house - 15 of us - but never felt crowded. Easy walk to the beach. It was a great week - would stay here again!

The property was great for our large family and had a lot of space for everyone. Loved the sunroom in the back for additional space. Negatives were the internet and TV’s were hard to set up. VRBO details said there were games but we found none. Kitchen was well stocked and furniture was comfortable. Floors were worn and dirty when we checked in.

I believe this review was written with a bit of spite however, we have and will make sure the floors are exceptionally clean every time we have a new guest staying there. The Internet is very simple. She had called and asked me and I gave her the proper login credentials. All the TVs work here. Games are inside the coffee table in the center of the living room.

Very kind and responsive host! Only thing I would note is that the floors downstairs were quite dirty. We discovered this after walking around barefoot/with socks only. Otherwise our stay was great and Glen was very helpful/responsive and great at mediating any issues promptly. Thanks!

Glenn was a fantastic host and we had a great weekend at Fantasy Island in Folly Beach! The house has plenty of beds and rooms for a large group of people and it is located right across the road from public beach access. My friends and I had the best time and I highly recommend booking this listing for your Folly Beach vacation!

Perfect for our family!

This house was perfect for our family that came in from out of town for our daughter’s wedding in Charleston. Very roomy and just a walk to the beach!

Hi We loved the proximity of the house to the beach and to the nightlife! We were there for our Daughter's wedding and we had a lot of different clothes to bring. There was no iron provided in the house and the closet off of the main master suite was full of house-related items so there was hardly any room to hang your clothes. The sleigh bed mattress probably needs an upgrade. Other than that it was the perfect location and the perfect size for our family. We had an issue with the garbage disposal that was fixed within an hour after we contacted Glenn!You cannot beat the proximity to the beach!

Thank you for your review. We absolutely have an iron for guests. You didn’t see it, but it’s in one of the bedroom closets. If you would’ve called me, I would’ve told you where it was. We will definitely replace the aforementioned mattress right away.

Perfect place for our family to stay while in town for our Folly beach wedding! Very close walk to the beach and convienen to downtown Folly. Sleeps a lot of people, great for large groups. No frills beach house, but perfect for what we needed!

Amazing, just book it!

We had an amazing family vacation here at fantasy island. It was so easy to get to and from the house, close to the stores and restaurants, we barely needed to drive. The house was perfect for our family.
