Ours is a very private luxury air-conditioned wine country home located a short 5-minute walk to Main Street in the charming town of St. Helena in the heart of the Napa Valley.
The 2-level home has 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 baths including 2 ensuite, and a spectacular rear area with bocce court, outdoor kitchen, a 10-foot diameter plunge pool/spa, two seating areas - one for conversation and one for dining, both under gazebos, and the garage has a Tesla fast wall charger (also supports compatible connections).
The Champagne Master Suite features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen HDTV including Apple TV, Sonos Sound Bar, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with both an extra-large oval tub and a separate shower and WC.
The Chardonnay Suite, also on the upper level overlooking the quiet neighborhood, features a hand-crafted queen-sized French iron bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The Cabernet and Zinfandel bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and share a large double-sink bathroom adjoining a separate WC and combination tub/shower. There is also a half-bath 'powder room' just outside the door to the Zinfandel bedroom.
There is a large living and dining room, a gourmet-equipped chef's kitchen, and a family room with a flat-screen HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player, Apple TV, Sonos music system, and property-wide high-speed WiFi.
The family room has a fireplace and looks out through large windows and French doors onto a large terrace that includes an outdoor kitchen with Wolf appliances, bar, bocce court, large spa that can seat 8 - 10 people, a gazebo-covered conversation/seating area, a second gazebo-covered dining area with seating for 8, and a fireplace.
Downtown St. Helena is a mere 5-minute level walk on a paved sidewalk through a nice neighborhood. St. Helena has numerous restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, salons, exercise and spa facilities, wine tasting rooms, etc. There is a large supermarket two blocks from the house.
The rental fee includes the gardener.

Liz is an oncology nurse and mother of four adult children. She is originally from Connecticut, went to school in New England, and now works for a well-known oncology clinic in San Francisco.
Robert is a father of two adult children and grandfather to a lovely 8-year old girl. He is a native Californian and an attorney specializing in international transactions. He has lived in both Europe and Asia.

In addition to wanting a place where we could host our large extended families, we purchased this property because the Napa Valley is one of the most beautiful places in the world and we enjoy its wineries, gourmet restaurants, stunning vistas and wonderful weather. We simply love spending time here.
The things that make this home unique are its comfort, amenities, privacy, close proximity to downtown St. Helena, and its central location in the beautiful Napa Valley Wine Country.

We enjoyed the month of July 2016 in the St. Helena house. It is walking distance into town, and St. Helena has the best vibe of all the towns on Hwy 29. Everything was truly great. The patio is one of the best spots to relax and unwind that I have ever enjoyed. The outdoor kitchen was a dream. The house is well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked much better than most rental houses. Bob and Liz are always available if a question arises, and they are truly nice people. We can't wait to return!
This home is absolutely the best you'll find in the Napa area. Very close to all activities, even walking distance to several wineries.

Our family was visiting Napa Valley for the wedding of our daughter and we were so pleased with the rental of this beautiful home. Not only did it comfortably accommodate 6 adults, its outdoor entertainment area was smartly furnished and perfect for our family and guests. This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need, but there is a grocery store and downtown St.Helena only a short walk away, which is very convenient in times of need. And, the very best part of our overall experience was the service provided by the owner, Bob. From our initial rental inquiry, he was prompt to reply, attentive to all questions and details, thereby making it stress free and providing a happy, memorable place to stay for our daughter's wedding event. Many thanks to this family for sharing their home!
Everything about this rental experience was wonderful! The house is fantastic - great kitchen - all very comfortable - spacious - nice bathrooms. Very nice to be able to enjoy some of the libations. Great bonus is walk to St. Helena - and market a few blocks down - and an easy route to get to Silverado trail on the other side. Cannot wait to go back - afraid I might not want to leave.
