What makes this Condo unique
This was my home for 2 years. Having lived around water all my life and loving the mountains, I was sold the moment I walked into this unit. The views are truly breathtaking. I love to sail and kayak in the warmer months, hike, bike and fly fishing during spring and fall, and ski and board in the winter. The close proximity to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain Ski Resorts and the towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge also had a huge influence on me. All the conveniences of home close by.

Clean condo with amazing view from deck and living room. On the trail system and the lake. Walk up to Pug Ryan’s and Arapaho Cafe.
Truly "home away" from home
First of all, we love the Lake Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge area. The condo was just as lovely as the pictures. Paul was accommodating by allowing us to check in early and he was in touch to make sure all was well.
The views are stunning and the cool mountain air were so refreshing as we were coming from Florida. The kitchen had everything one would need as we ate in two nights because we had dined out so much in Denver.
Neighbors in the complex are very friendly. The condo is very close to Dillon/Silverthorne and if visiting in the summer, you can walk around the lake to a "tiki bar" near the marina.
The condo does not have air conditioning, which is typical in this area. The owner has provided a fan if needed. I am very warm so I would have preferred air con but I am the one off. Additionally, when we were visiting the temperatures were above normal.
Overall, a brilliant stay. We use homeaway/vrbo regularly and this condo was a delight.
Really enjoyed it. No complaints. Fantastic view.
Our daughter and family live in Dillon so we're regulars to the area and this ranks as one of our favorite places for a one bedroom condo.
Another great stay !
We enjoyed our second stay at this pleasant spot on Lake Dillon.
Quiet, relaxing and everything you need.
Fantastic Views--Super Clean and Comfortable
This condo has been updated and is quite nice. It is decorated well with pretty artwork, is very comfortable, and has spectacular views. The mirrors on one side of the main room expand the killer view. There's a second sink in the bedroom which is very useful. Parking is out front or covered in the garage (with a great lake view).
There are ceiling fans in the main room and bedroom, as well as a floor fan (I'm always quite warm so I appreciate natural blowing air). For those staying in the winter, there's a wood-burning fireplace with ample firewood. We enjoyed shooting pool in the Clubhouse. There's a large outdoor hot tub and a grill.
The owner, Paul, is extremely responsive and super easy to communicate with. He was gracious to allow us a late check out (coordinating with the clean crew). Thanks, Paul!
I would highly recommend!
What a view!!
We stayed in this beautiful condo for the first two weeks of July. It was perfect for us! It is updated with a lovely kitchen and bathroom. We loved the second vanity/sink in the bedroom. Great shower head in tub! Very clean, plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware--everything you need to cook and eat at home. The gas grill on the deck worked beautifully. The location was great as a base to do all the things we wanted to do. With the beautiful little bay right in front of the condo, you could put your paddle board or kayak right in the water and it's usually very calm water. Fun to watch people with kids and dogs enjoying the "beach" and bay. The view is spectacular with water, boats, and mountains! It's right on the bike route to either Frisco or Keystone. We bought and left two camp chairs and a small cooler for future guests. The camp chairs are perfect for going to the Dillon Amphitheater concerts or the Frisco Thursday night concerts in the park. It was very nice to have a parking space in the underground parking lot. This is a small quiet complex which we love. The owner Paul is very responsive and easy to work with. We had a great time and felt very comfortable there.
Located just one mile from Dillon Marina, 4 miles from Keystone Resort, 11 miles from Arapahoe Basin, 13 miles from Copper Mountain, 13 miles from Loveland Ski Area, 14 miles from Breckenridge and 32 miles from Vail.
