Come and relax in our luxurious, newly constructed home just a stroll away from the Gulf of Mexico, a two minute walk. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is waiting for you along the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with some of the whitest beaches in the world. Our 2100 square foot home has an open floor plan with stainless appliances in a fully appointed kitchen. There are flat screens in every room with Direct TV and Wifi. There are high ceilings and glass all along the front of the house to take advantage of the views. Outside, there is over 850 square feet of decking with patio furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower along with lockable storage below. In that lockable storage, you will find beach chairs and a cart to take all of your stuff to the beach. You can see from the pictures that there is lots of parking including enough for a trailer. Although this house is not fully wheelchair accessible, it is handicap accessible with an external covered lift if you want to bring your elderly parents along. This home is a perfect vacation spot for families and couples of every age and ability. We built it as a house that we would like to use and not simply as a rental. It is your home away from home with almost everything supplied that you would normally need. Note: We do not take reservations of less than 5 nights. We also do not do wedding receptions.

A refundable security/damage deposit is required to hold date and wil be refunded promtply after checkout and satisfactory home inspection. Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit. The total rental amount is due no later than 30 days prior to check-in.
Payment is via check, money order, ceritified check. Check-in is at 3 PM. Absolute check-out is 10 AM. We require a $100 cleaning fee for rental less than 7 nights. We do not do rentals for less than five nights.

Our house is located in a residential portion of Pensacola Beach only a two and one-half minute walk to the beach, so you have access to the quiet and uncluttered part of the beach while still being close enough to the core area or the city of Pensacola to do whatever else you like to do. If you take the beautiful drive West along the beach, you can birdwatch on your way to Historic Fort Pickens and tour the fort. If you drive East along the beach, you can again take in the natural beauty on the way to Navarre beach. There are a couple of basketball courts and tennis courts two blocks away as well. The shopping and restaurant area of the beach is just a few minutes up the road by car and here you can do the usual 'beach' type activities like Jet-ski, Sailing, Standup Paddleboarding or pier fishing. It is about 10-15 minutes to the city of Pensacola which has a more extensive restaurant area as well as a really charming downtown where Historic Pensacola, live entertainment, and galleries exist. We have lived in Pensacola for over twenty years and I like to describe Pensacola as a town with a beach and not just a beach town. Come see for yourself if you haven't been here.

About the owner: My wife and I have lived in Pensacola for over twenty years , and we chose this city as we could have gone anywhere. We bought a small house at the beach that we loved to come to on weekends to 'get away' but it was destroyed in hurricane Ivan. We have just rebuilt this house. We will have all the info at the house to give you ideas of what to do in our town.

We bought in this area of the beach as we wanted to be further away from the crowds or noise that you have in any core beach area. We bought at Pensacola beach as this is the type of beach and warm water that we vacationed at growing up as children in Alabama.

One if the most obvious benefits that come to my mind with this house is the fact that it is brand new, so new in fact that we haven't even stayed in it yet. Every appliance is modern and high-end, including the washer and dryer. The house is tops in energy efficiency with geothermal heating and air along with hot water recovery. This house was built for our own use. Rental is a bonus.
