Luxurious condo located on the bay in North Mission Beach occupies all of the first floor and the front half of the second floor. The ground floor bay front patio is private to you. Completed in 2014, this property is fabulous and has forced airconditiong. Mission Beach is just 100 feet across the street. Each bedroom has a private on suite. Walk to everything, eating, shopping, Seal World. Plenty of local amenities and park and attractions. Property has a tandem two car garage and there is plenty of street parking and public parking available.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bay view was beautiful, and the location was perfect for a short walk to Mission Beach.The property was clean and well-stocked upon our arrival, and the garage was excellent for parking. Our children had a blast playing on the patio, and we enjoyed being within walking distance of a playground, as well as several restaurants and coffee shops.

Details matter…and this rental nailed it! We visited with our 3 kids (8, 12, 13) who loved the direct access to the bay front. The location is ideal and we walked to grab coffees, food and shop. Plus having the large garage for private parking was key. But what we were the most happily surprised about were the little details (bed linens, bath towels, cookware, beach equipment, etc) was such high quality. It did not feel like a rental, rather like a real home with all the comforts. Great job to the owners here, because the investment in quality really showed! Would give our highest recommendation.

Great Location and perfect for our girls weekend

We loved this location right on the bay. There were rooms and bathrooms for each of us. It was clean and well stocked and easy to walk wherever we wanted to go.

What a view!! Cozy patio with cozy fire place, super comfortable outdoor furniture. Everything was spotless, fresh and clean when we arrived. Great place for making memories with your family. We loved the balcony upstairs in the master suite, 2 comfortable chairs where you could sit and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this home. The host was very responsive and sweet.

The property is beautiful and well appointed, and the location was perfect for us. Being on the bay side with 2 under two was perfect. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys which we used several times. We also enjoyed eating outside on the patio in the evenings! We highly recommend this property!

beach vacation

it was very quiet on the bay side and very relaxing. My grandchildren were able to play on the beach and at waters edge while adults were relaxing at patio. We brought a kayak and it was prefect location.
