Fantastic view of Vail Mt - Excellent Accommodations!

Stayed 4 nights more than enough room, everything was top notch. Kitchen had everything. Fireplace was very nice and wood was dry and easy to start. Every room has its own bathroom, the master bath was fantastic. They have not missed anything in this unit. Some of the other reviews say its expensive but considering lunch no matter where you go is at least $50 and dinner is 4x that much it is priced reasonable for the location. We would defiantly rent again. Anna is very easy to work with and thank her for allowing us to stay there!

Perfect!

Wonderful place to vacation with family. My wife, two daughters, my parents, an aunt and uncle spent 8 wonderful nights. Perfectly located just a couple miles from the Vail villages, easy drive into town. We didn't use the buses, but looks like an easy walk to the stop. Grocery and liquor stores only a minute down the road. Great place to stay, and Anna responds to any questions almost immediately! Thanks - The Matthews Family

PRETTY BUT WHAT A DISASTER!!

The listing and photos were accurate. The place was lovely and clean, but the gas leak was a problem. The owner had no local contact, was unreachable for 4 hours and the fire department shut the gas off on the first day. We lost more than two half days of our vacation while repairmen worked on the problem. Long story short, the owner didn't provide good customer service and still hasn't fulfilled promises made, 8 weeks later, despite multiple calls. It's pretty on the outside, but dealing with this owner is impossible. No, I cannot recommend this property.

Owner's Response: The source of the gas leak was finally uncovered and was outside the unit, the responsibility of the condominium HOA. The owners have replaced the boiler system with a new high efficiency unit and all piping has been replaced. In terms of the comments on customer service, we provided a refund to the renters even though they stayed for the full seven days in the unit.

Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful townhouse, with view of Vail ski resort. We loved the layout of the property, with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood was a plus! Our only critique is that we wished the beds were a bit more comfortable/upgraded, given the high quality of the rest of the house. We had a nice family get away in Vail this Summer, Thank you Anna.

Lovely, comfortable home.

We enjoyed a wonderful week relaxing in a very comfortable home and soaking every evening in the deck's hot tub. The home is nicely appointed. A suggestion would be to have a folder with a few directions, maps, procedures outlined - placed in basket with keys. ( such as when is trash picked up; must we leave garage open for them to access trash cubby; where is nearest bus stop; are there amenities to use at Potatoe Patch such as tennis courts, weight room, pool; are there specific directions for TV and surround sound; where is the walking trail to Lionshead, etc.) We figured most of it out, but hated to bother Anna with such questions, although she was always very responsive to inquiries. Also, the actual bus stop is not really that convenient as the road down to it has no sidewalks and in snowy weather cars were slipping down the street as they passed us which was a bit dangerous. Does bus driver pick up at end of development...we didn't know. However, since we had a car we just all piled in and drove there each day which took only 5-10 minutes, but of course that did incur a daily parking fee. All said, we would do it again - it was a nice home. Thank you Anna.

Lovely place close to Lionshead village

This is a very nicely renovated place with plenty of space. All the rooms have modern en-suit showers (with a particularly great one in the master bedroom that includes a bench!) and comfy beds and the communal space has a large screen television, sofa and a good-sized dining table for evening dinners (along with some impressive-looking decor around the fireplace). The hot tub worked great for soothing tired limbs. As the description notes, it's a quick walk from the shuttle, but it's also worth mentioning that its only about 15 minutes walk to Lionshead Village and the gondola there - if you're leaving most of your equipment in the village or don't mind carrying it on a short walk, that's is a very convenient option. The kitchen was perfectly fine and we cooked most of our meals there - but we did feel it seemed like it hadn't been equipped to quite as high specifications as the rest of the house. Overall, a great place that we'd certainly be happy to come back to.
