Executive Suite at the Juliet Building

  • 3 of 5

Jayne was an excellent ambassador during the process of renting. The Suite was excellent, exactly as the pictures showed. it was close to coffee shops, "downtown" for shopping, dining and the waterfront.

The only drawback was the area in which the building is located, it has very high traffic density, extremely noisy day and night and continuous noise from sirens/ ambulances, firetrucks and paramedics. There is no central air conditioning. The windows do open but this allows excess street noise access to the suite. If we returned we would likely choose a quiter location and a building with air conditioning

Good location, well-equipped

  • 4 of 5

The floor to ceiling windows of this small condo offer impressive views of downtown Victoria. It has everything you will need for a short stay and owner Jayne was very helpful in getting us settled. As it is on a one way street near downtown, it is full of downtown life -sirens and interesting characters. It was a 10 minute walk to the tourist sites such as the water, museum and legislature and all in all, a comfortable place for our weekend here.

Great Place Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

This condo was our first stay with VRBO and I am happy to say our travel experience was the best it could be. The property owner assisted me along the way with the VRBO process and answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Right from being picked up at the airport because of a very late flight arrival in a new City, to a sparkingly clean/ well cared for accommodations, to several hospitality welcoming snacks our first impressions became definitely lasting impressions as we settled into our vacation accommodations for a month long-stay. The condo building itself is fairly new and well maintained with a security keyed/coded access system. It is in a perfect location that provides walkable access to all that the services, restaurants and tourist attractions that City of Victoria has to offer. Our family enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering a long-stay in Victoria!
