1st FLOOR VILLA - TOTALLY UPDATED - take a minute to read and view pictures

UPDATES includes kitchen with breakfast bar, kitchen table, flex-steel reclining sofa & loveseat, 65" 4K smart TV (stream or spectrum cable), DVD player, porcelain tile floor throughout condo, pick a book to read while enjoying the beach, bedroom furniture - queen master bedroom, includes 43" HD smart TV (stream or spectrum cable) walk-in shower, 2nd bedroom with full bed and a full pullout trundle includes a 32” smart TV (stream only). Both bedroom blinds are blackout. Villa is fully equipped with broadband cable/wi-fi, 21 cubic foot refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, full washer/dryer (just provide your own laundry detergent), toaster, crock pot, flex brew (12 cup/K cup) coffee pot, cookware and utensils. Pillows, blankets, towels and linens are provided (but please keep them in the villa). We provide 4 beach chairs, and a wagon for your use. If you need more chairs, please bring them and your own beach towels. Our villa is a NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPE, pet free unit on the 1st FLOOR - BUILDING 11 (steps away from the small pool & clubhouse. Two (2) bedrooms 2 baths villa can accommodate 6 people (max) per fire code. Must be 21 years old to rent.

This 23-acre private atmosphere is under 24-hour security. This gated community has 6 free har-tru pickle-ball courts, 7 free har-tru tennis courts, 2 swimming pools (heated/chilled - pools are closed 11/1-3/1), hot tub (open all year), and outdoor grills (gas or charcoal) areas. Clubhouse includes two indoor racquetball courts, ping pong table, corn-hole boards, and just a short walk to the beach or pools! Bike trails run all over the island, premier golf courses and miniature golf courses are also nearby. We offer 2 parking permits per visit.

Hilton Head now offers - FREE: BREEZE TROLLEY: mid-April - Labor Day. 7 days a week, 1 - 10 PM, 11 PM Friday and Saturday. The trolleys arrive at each stop approximately every 30 minutes. To view The Breeze routes & schedules go to www.breezetrolley.com

Family Getaway

Great vacation

We have been vacationed at Fiddler's cove multiple times. This was the first time staying at this property, but probably not the last. Everything was clean and great for our family of 6. The unit has a full size LG washer and dryer that made the Mom life at the beach much easier.

We thought this place was great - it was very clean and had all of the basic needs there easily. They had done some updates which are nice. The location is also excellent, just a short walk to the beach down one side street, and the pools are very nice. We will definitely be back!

Very clean & convenient location!

We had an absolute blast staying at this beautiful villa. It was just a short walk to the beach and right next to the pool which was very convenient when toting two toddlers around all week. The villa was very clean with all of the amentities we needed and more. This will definitely be a new favorite vacation spot for our family of four!

Trip was great. Would have liked to been a little closer to the ocean. Only downside was our Wi-Fi didn't work. It was a very clean place to stay and the price was awsome. Would stay again without a doubt!

Lovely property. Excellent location.

We loved this location-- close to beach, pools, bike trails, tennis courts, etc. The property itself was lovely. It was recently renovated. The beds and other furniture are very comfortable. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to HHI!

Absolutely loved our vacation. My grandparents owned a condo here when I was a child so it was amazing being able to share that with my children. The condo was clean and updated. We will definitely be renting again here in fiddlers cove, thank you!

We stayed here for our annual college besties beach trip. We loved it! Everything was great! Close to beach access- within short walking distance.(maybe 8 minutes.) very friendly guy at security gate- helped us with Island information and suggestions. Will plan to stay here again. Labor day weekend getaway

Highly recommend! Very clean unit and well stocked kitchen. Loved the recliners! We opted to drive to the folly beach parking area, but the walk to the beach is certainly doable for those who don't mind a short distance. Great communication with the owners.

One of the best Condos at Fiddler’s Cove

We have been vacationing at Hilton Head Island for 28 years and this condo is one of the best! It is well equipped with all your vacation needs including a beach cart! The condo was immaculate and one of the closest to the gate for a short walk to our favorite beach on the island! Vicky was so nice and easy to work with. We can’t wait for next year!

Fiddlers Cove 11D

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved that it was on the first level, close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. It was filled with all the amenities of home..washer, dryer, cooking utensils, etc. We are looking forward to coming back and recommending this place to our friends.

Location! Location! Location! Something for everyone!

This Beautiful updated condo was located directly across from one of the pools where we would relax after a day at the beach & before we went out to have an amazing meal and listen to music from a beachside patio. My daughter enjoyed her early morning beach runs while the rest of us loved sleeping in enjoying the peaceful & quiet the mornings. Truly something for everyone!
