Looking for a relaxing vacation with gorgeous views and white sandy beaches? Look no further than this impeccable two bedroom, two bathroom retreat.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your living room, master bedroom, and balcony as well as views of the Intercoastal from your kitchen and second bedroom. Everywhere you look there is tranquil water surrounding you.

Enjoy private tennis overlooking the ocean, a large heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs and covered patio sets, two large grill areas and the best (and most therapeutic) hot tub I have ever soaked in!

Sand Key beach is quiet and very private. It has excellent shells and is perfect for long, rejuvenating beach walks. It's adjacent to Clearwater Beach, but separated by a new, long bridge. All of the nightlife and action of Clearwater beach is minutes away, but none of the noise and crowds cross over into Sand Key. This location gives you the best of both worlds. The 'Jolly Trolley' stops right across the street and takes you to Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, etc... So getting there is a breeze. In addition, Disney is only an hour and 20 minutes away and Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away.

The building is gated with 24-hour security guards and full-time management is located on the property. In addition, included with the unit, is a private parking spot. Across the street is a fantastic boardwalk with cute stores, a bank, salon, cleaners, ice cream shop, restaurants and the ever popular Dunkin' Donuts.

Some specifics on the unit: Master bedroom contains a comfortable king sized bed. Second bedroom contains two twin beds. Both rooms equipped for storage with walk-in closets and dressers. Main living room contains T.V., a sofa, two lounge chairs,and adjacent dinette. In addition, there is a balcony with comfortable seating with beachfront views and gorgeous sunsets There is also a romantic bistro table for two which overlooks the Bay. It is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and a view of the sunrise. WiFi and unlimited US/ Canada phone line is included. Whole Condo is freshly painted and nicely updated.

Relaxing Getaway

I loved this place from beginning to end! When I first arrived the security guards were very friendly and helpful (even at 2am!) The condo was clean and actually roomier than it looks in the pictures. All the shopping & amenities are close by including a great strip mall across the street with some shopping/dining options and even a Dunkin Donuts! The views are to die for and when you are on the beach, you feel like it is your own private beach. Even at the pool, people were very friendly. There is nothing that I did not like about this trip. I would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet! Direct beach view with comfortable balcony! Easy access to shopping, restaurants and leisure activities. Would highly recommend and will definitely be vacationing here again!

BEWARE of an Illegal Rental and dishonest owner

This an illegal rental and is in violation of the City of Clearwater Short Term Rental Ordinances because: 1. They are not registered or licensed as prescribed by the law. 2. The owners collected "tax" from me but have never remitted any rental tax to the city. 3. The city ordinance states the minimum rental period must be at least one calendar month. I looked into the status because I signed a lease in Jan.2016 for a 2017 rental. During 2016 the owners were informed, billed for, and paid the special assessment for major construction so they were well aware of the scope and magnitude of work to be done but never told me nor did they ever give me the option of voiding the lease and getting my money returned or finding an alternative rental unit. I arrived in mid-January and discovered most of the balcony furniture piled in the master bedroom with construction work creating horrendous noise so that we could not even answer our phones because we could not even hear the person calling. I called the owners and left a voicemail so they could hear how terrible the noise was and told them the situation was intolerable and they never should have rented under those conditions. Their response was the construction would be finished in a week. I patiently waited two weeks, whereupon the construction noise, danger and disruption had not subsided at all. In fact, the Association gave me notice as the occupier that I had to move all the remaining exterior furniture into the condo where it had to remain in the cramped quarters past the date of my departure so the construction would be ongoing through then. By that time it was almost Feb. and I could not find another beachfront condo in Clearwater available for the remainder of my rental period plus the owners were holding my money. Both elevators were frequently inoperable causing me to walk up and down 9 stories and I witnessed the fire department extricating people from the stuck elevators several times (the city inspection permit posted had expired Aug. 1, 2016 and this was in April, 2017). Then the condo was inaccessible due to the construction for the day prior to my departure and foot traffic severely limited the final day causing me to leave early because I would not be able to move my belongings out on time. For all the turmoil and danger, the owners offered an insulting pittance as an "inconvenience fee". Do not deal with this condo or these owners.

We've had many happy renters and spoken to other owners who had renters at the same time as you but did not complain. We are in fact licensed and have remitted our taxes. We wish you the best.

Very pleasant stay on the Gulf

We stayed in this condo February and March of 2016 and very much enjoyed that stay. We would re-rent without hesitation. The views of the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway are spectacular as are the sunsets. The condo has everything you need and the building is efficiently run and well maintained. The pool is heated and well maintained as is the hot tub. The owner is very pleasant to deal with.

Comfortable Condo on the Beach

My husband and I stayed in this condo for two months. The condo is very nice and clean and has wonderful views both front and back. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There are several restaurants and shops across the street. There is very little traffic near the condo and it is easy to get to all the Clearwater Beach area attractions. We would highly recommend this condo and the owner is very easy to work with.

Fantastic first time visit to Sand Key.

It started with the great communication with the owner, extremely nice to work with and process was very smooth. The condo exceeded my expectations, very clean, nicely decorated, and well organized. Surrounded by both the ocean and the bay, the view was breath taking. The amenities were within walking distance, making it very convenient. Looking forward coming back to the same condo, and highly recommend it for you.
