Please visit my facebook page for more pictures. COCO LOCO ON CAPE SAN BLAS. Coco Loco is the newest and biggest house on Cape San Blas. If you are looking for a big house with spacious bedrooms and panoramic views, this is the house for you. This is the perfect house for big families or lots of friends, or both. The main, outdoor deck is oversized with a private pool, gas grill, panoramic views, and plenty of space to tan or sit in the shade. The main living area has panoramic views with lots of windows overlooking the gulf. The 3 king suites have their own private balconies overlooking the gulf. The other 4 bedrooms also have amazing views of the water. Coco Loco is the last house nestled quietly on a cul-de-sac in the Seagrass Subdivision. There are no houses to obstruct views to the north or south making the views of the water spectacular. Every bedroom is big and spacious and each bedroom has it's own private bath. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV to accommodate each guest. Coco Loco has a brand new boardwalk to the beach and the pool is heated!

Floor Plan: Ground floor – 1/2 bath, outdoor shower. 1st floor - Bedroom 1 – gulf view bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and full bath with bathtub/shower combo and double vanity. Living area, Dining area, and oversized kitchen with island seating 3 and counter bar seating 5. Dining area has oversized table which will accommodate 16 guests. Laundry room and half bath. 2nd floor - Bedroom 2 – gulf front master suite with king bed, flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the gulf, full bath with oversized shower and double vanity, . Bedroom 3 – gulf front master suite with king bed, flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the gulf, and full bath with garden tub overlooking the gulf and separate oversized shower with double vanity. Bedroom 4 – gulf view bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 – gulf view bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. Top floor - Bedroom 6 – Giant gulf front master suite with panoramic views of the gulf and private balcony. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and full marble bath with jacuzzi tub overlooking the gulf and separate, oversized shower. Bedroom 7 – Kid's bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds sleeps 4, sleeper sofa, 3 bean bags, flat screen TV, Xbox, DVD, VCR and full bath with oversized shower and a great view of the gulf.

There is also a community pool and clubhouse that is available to each guest. The driveway is oversized and big enough to accommodate at least 8 cars and a boat or trailer etc.

Brand new home located on a quiet cul de sac in Seagrass Subdivision. Very spacious and open floor plan with ocean views from virtually every room. Large beach in front of home with tons of space for play. Very large driveway with easy access and turn around. Will accommodate up to 8 cars and a boat. House sits directly on the gulf. House has an outdoor, ground floor shower. Situated where you can see St. Joseph's Bay from the property as well. Approximately 2 miles from national park. 1 gas station and 2 convenience stores within 1-2 miles. Bike and walking paths along main road.

Beautiful house and location with a below average property management company

Property Management company failed to let us know the Family Fun Pass was no longer included with this house. If things change after a reservation/deposit is made, the renter should be made aware of it by the property management company and the websites should reflect those changes. Many hours were spent on my part trying to solve the problem which they did finally solve. I do have to give them credit for that! We tried to check in on time and they were still cleaning almost 2 hours after we got there. Couch cushions in bedrooms had stains on them and the cleaners had to come back the next day to put the "still stained" covers back on them. Management company should have sent more people to clean if the previous renters left that big of a mess. The pool filter/heater stopped working for a day (pool filter clogged from sand) which made the pool extremely cloudy. It was cold when the pool heater shut off, so the kids were upset they couldn't go in the pool that day. Again, this should have been checked upon check in. Kids were upset because Xbox did not work. We reported this on Day 1 and on the 2nd to last day one was dropped off but they took the cable so it never worked. Kids never got to play. The tub on the 4th floor was broken but was repaired in a timely manner. Websites that describe the home need to be updated to tell all of the items the home comes with so renters don't bring unnecessary items. Called on 3/25 to discuss these issues with the property management company and its 4/3 and still have not been called back. Beautiful home, beautiful location but if I was the homeowner I would find a new property management company.

Coco Loco with friends and family!

This was the most beautiful home I think I have ever seen!! We had the best vacation week and the house provided everything we needed! The owner was the best at communication and so easy to deal with! I hope to be able to stay again in the future!
