This condo was clean and neat. There is a nice view of the pool and some of the ocean. It is close to shops and restaurants. The TV in the living room was small and the TV in the bedroom was outdated.
The property was conveniently located close to the beach/ocean, stores, and grocery store all within walking distance. Ice cream shops and restaurants were also close by.
Never got the Wifi to work and called and left a message on the number we were directed to, but never got a reply or the issue resolved. The beds themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were very flat and not comfortable.
The shower worked well as did the appliances. It is true that you need to be patient with the fridge/freezer settings. It does come around. :)
Know it is small and there really wasn't a convenient place to store the bathroom towels. I used the washer/dryer a lot and both worked fine. One packet of dishwasher and laundry soap is provided. Small toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap is also provided. A couple extra tp rolls. The rest of the week we provided our own supplies by shopping at the Piggly Wiggly close by.
The kitchen contains your essentials: pots, pan, silverware, cups, coffee maker (bring your own coffee and filters), blender, spatuala, cookie pan, etc. potholders and ice cube trays. A strainer for pasta and salt and pepper. I had asked before we arrived what was provided and never got an answer. So, we don't want anyone else to wonder when it so easily could have been answered.
A little perk was it is close to the staircase (which by the way 3 floors up with no elevator does provide a lot of exercise) so when we brought up beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. that we purchased for cheap at Walmart before arriving it was nice to just lean over the railing and drop it on our deck! Any souvenirs or beach stuff is best bought at Walmart. Super cheap compared to the nearby stores including boogie boards, etc.
All in all it was a great experience. A little better check on communications provided by actually answering questions directed by the vacationer. Overall, we would stay at the Breakers again and be fine with it.
