Questa casa a un solo livello di Sea Pines in una strada tranquilla è a forma di U con cursori che si aprono sul ponte recintato e sulla piscina dalla camera da letto principale, dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla tana. La spaziosa area coperta in noce brasiliano presenta una doccia esterna (con acqua calda e fredda), piscina (con illuminazione subacquea per il nuoto notturno), numerose sedie, chaise longue e un tavolo con ombrellone con ripiano in vetro per mangiare all'aperto.
La nostra casa per non fumatori e senza animali domestici dispone di camere ampie e luminose ed è perfetto per famiglie e / o gruppi di grandi dimensioni poiché dispone di due ampie zone soggiorno: un soggiorno e una camera familiare separata. Dispone inoltre di una suite matrimoniale, altre 2 ampie camere da letto e una quarta camera da letto / suite per bambinaia con bagno privato completo.
La casa dispone di 2 zone pranzo interne: una sala da pranzo con un tavolo in vetro per 6 e una cucina abitabile con un tavolo per 6 e 3 posti a sedere per sgabelli da bar ai ripiani in granito. Si tratta di un breve giro in bicicletta per il beach club Sea Pines. 4 biciclette sono incluse con i lucchetti !!!
Sea Pines è un resort di classe mondiale con spiagge incontaminate, chilometri di piste ciclabili pavimentate, Lawton Stables con zoo didattici dal vivo, campi da golf pubblici, Racquet Club, ristoranti, negozi e porti operativi a Harbor Town e South Beach Marina Village con sport acquatici, charter di pesca e spettacoli dal vivo.

June Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at the house. We all love the big bedrooms and the pool. Location is close to bike & walking trails which we enjoyed. And close to many HH attractions and the beaches.

Great house. Bigger than expected. Wish the showers were bigger. If you are a larger person you wouldn’t be able to move in the shower . Loved how spacious the house was. The pool area was awesome. My family and I really enjoyed our week stay.

Bad to worse

Opening door met by smell like a place that had been unoccupied a while, musty. Pool very dirty.Pots and pans needed cleaning. Tub dirty. Chip crumbs bedroom. Shower door needed work. Unit needs a lot of attention. Day we were to leave, wife stepped out and onto very slick steps due to build up perhaps algae. ResultBroken leg, 3 broke ribs and fractured back.Required transfer to Savannah for surgery. So as i write, she in hospital until able travel home and i am in hotel, needing to get home, missing an eye surgery, spending unplanned money.Not a good ending.

Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed in this nice house...great for us four golfers...everything works well....I did bring my own Keurig coffee maker since the one in the kitchen is too small for our usage....only things I would add to the home are larger coffee mugs and some plastic wine glasses for outdoor/pool use and safety

We chose this property due to the safe and functional lay out for our family, including our older parents. We had a great time. It was our second time staying at this property and again, were not disappointed. Also, the king size mattresses are the best we've ever slept on in all our traveling. Thanks again for a great trip to the beach

Relaxing week

The place is nice and in a good location but the hole in the floor covered by plywood was inconvenient. I understand things happen but nothing was said about it till we got there. There is nothing engineered about 5/4” pressure treated lumber that’s around the pool which was cold water. The place is nice and could use some updating it but we had a good week.

Clean and roomy but has it's quirks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a good location and has plenty of room. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and is close to Harbor Town and other popular places. While the home is clean, it does need some TLC. There were some doors that didn't close properly and other maintenance issues related to being an older house. Also, while the kitchen had plenty of dishes, there was absolutely nothing in the way of cooking supplies, not even salt or aluminum foil. Of all the rentals I have stayed in, I have never seen a more empty pantry. I know the owners aren't necessarily obligated to provide those things, but it would have made the stay more enjoyable if there were at lease some coffee to brew on the first morning. If you are willing to put up with some quirks it's a decent place for families.

Family Vacation- 2021

House was perfect for our family! Perfect location, pool, bikes and grandson loved the tiny bedroom. However, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. We had to wash them all. They could upgrade the coffee pot it was really worn out. The front entrance is the first thing that you see and there cobb webbs every where. The pool deck had not been touched and lounge chairs would be very nice out there. Other than those few areas, WE LOVED THIS HOUSE!!!!! Keyless entry is wonderful! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Reviewer Comments: From the last time 2 years ago the house now needs repairs esp the pool my daughter hurt her foot badly on the bottom of the pool bc it’s falling apart. The pool and deck need immediate attention to repairs as well as the floor by the washer and dryer someone will end up falling through the floor bc it’s so worn and dangerous . We had a great time. Hoping the owners will do the necessary work on this house before it gets worse

The garage is nasty and stinks. The master bath shower is full of black mold and the floor is as well. There is dip in the floor in the hall. we were afraid that it was going to fall through. Decent property, awful management company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a lot of potential but the furnishings are outdated and there wasn't anything above and beyond the basics. Hairdryers would be a good thing to add. We had two issues while we were there: 1. the hot water ran out everytime we used it (even if only two people showered) 2. The dryer wasn't working. The management company addressed both of these issues and ended up replacing the dryer. Peter at Seashore vacations was helpful but the other employees of Seashore Vacations were not friendly or helpful at all. We called to ask how to get to the beach and the lady at Seashore vacations actually told us to go outside Sea Pines to the beach at Coligny, as that would be easier - crazy! We ended up finding a pedestrian walkway to the beach which was 1/2 mile from the house in Sea Pines. If I owned a property in HHI then I definitely would choose a differnt management company. While they replaced the dryer due to it's age, they didn't send a maintenance guy out first to check out the issue. Due to this, the new dryer didn't work either because the issue was that the outside vent was severely clogged, which we fixed ourselves.

There are some improvements and updates needed to the house, dusty air vents, old/damaged utensils, soft spots in flooring just to name a few. Overall, good stay. It should be noted or better promoted the home came with 4 bikes for guests use. We used our beach gear credit for bike rentals Doh!

Okayest rental experience ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is incredibly outdated and neglected in so many ways. It’s clear the owner is only interested in collecting money and investing as little as possible to improve the property. The deck is in bad shape and had screws sticking out in numerous places which isn’t the greatest feeling on bare feet. Tons of mold on windows and deck. No real grill or bbq available to be able to cook a bbq for 6-8 people. The bathrooms are straight out of the 70s. The kitchen is decent but it feels like everything in the drawers and cupboards were collected at a series of garage sales I’d rather stay in a hotel than spend this kind of money for absolute mediocrity.

The layout, the amenities, the bikes that come with it! The only thing i would say about this years visit is that some work needs done to the house...there are several weak spots in the flooring, the deck around the pool has several loose boards and a fall,trip or stubbed toe is likely to happen...Also several spots in the pool that need fixed--that's likely an off season fix since it would take draining the pool i think! But nothing terrible and none of that affected our stay!

We spent a week at Old Military Road. House was very clean, well maintained and everything worked as expected. Pool area was very nice. We were extremely pleased with the property. Check in was easy. We would highly recommend.
