River Strand vacation rentals

We stayed a few weeks here and it was perfect. Everything about this condo is beautiful, especially the lanai, we loved to sit out there in the morning or evening and just listen to the multiple birds around the property, and also gator watch! We opted for the membership transfer and it was a great choice. We enjoyed the pools, fitness center and played a few rounds of golf. We met some wonderful people throughout the community as well. The condo is close to grocery stores and Restaurants. It was perfectly cleaned and welcoming, and well stocked. Had everything we needed. we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. My husband and I had a relaxing month and took advantage of the amenities- golf, pickleball, pool, and tiki. Owner gave great tips on beaches, restaurants, and activities.

We liked the spacious floor plan. It wasn't cluttered like other places we stayed in. The kitchen was adequate. There were a few things that could be added. I like to cook so there were some things I had to borrow from my daughter. A collander and dish strainer would be helpful. There seemed to be a problem with condensation on the windows in the master bedroom and the sliding doors in the living room. Everyday there was water on the sills, of course that could be from the cold and gloomy weather we were having. Overall we liked the condo and location.

Perfect location. Quiet. Quick drive to anywhere. Beautiful property. Has everything we needed. Was able to enjoy time with our daughter, family and work remotely. Felt like a vacation and our home for a month. Love this property.

This is my second time staying at this condo. It is CLEAN, well decorated, and in a perfect location. The owner is highly responsive to answer any questions...he usually texts back within 5 minutes! The condo is located in a beautiful community that is well maintained, gorgeous, and feels safe. It is calm, quiet, and relaxing. Ample parking. There is a washer/dryer on site which makes it so convenient. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Anna Maria Island is only about a 10 mile, easy drive away. Grocery store, Walmart, gas station, restaurants are about 1 to 2 miles away. I love this place and hope to return!

It was a very nice condo seemed to have been updated lately Really no complaining but a few recommendations Couches needed more padding on the arm rest It was great to be on the first floor with bikes as well Recommend upgrading the silverware and holders

We had a great 2 month stay in this condo. Great location with comfy beds, quiet, friendly neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the golf course. Chris provided everything we needed so it felt like our "home away from home".
