Denna "High Sierra Hideaway" är en ombyggd Dollar Point hem, mycket nära fantastiska rekreation, shopping och restauranger i Tahoe City. Denna husdjursvänliga Tahoe semester hyra ligger bara några steg till poolen och tennisbanorna.

Planlösningen är perfekt för en semester i Lake Tahoe. Njut av nya möten, inklusive matbord för 10, 4 Full Baths, ett vackert gourmetkök, loggad trippelkamin extraordinaire, och naturligtvis en badtunna! Det finns två master sovrum med alla queen size-sängar ligger nere (ett med TV / DVD). På övervåningen innehåller barnrummet två våningssängar och över hallen finns ett annat sovrum med queen size-säng, tvillingbäddsoffa och med bifogad badrum.

OM OMRÅDET

Ligger strax öster om Tahoe City på Lake Tahoe vackra norra stranden ligger ett av områdets mest eftertraktade stadsdelar - Dollar Point. Hela samhället befinner sig på sjön sidan av landsvägen, vilket gör det den perfekta platsen för en lugn och avkopplande semester. Med ett antal bostäder i vår portfölj ligger inom bekvämt gångavstånd från varandra, är detta den perfekta platsen för ett flerfamiljshus flyktbilen. Och oh, bekvämligheter!

På sommaren kan Dollar Point verkligen inte slå. Det är en av North Shores enda samhällen som erbjuder tillgång till en simbass��ng och privat sandstrand, båda mindre än en kilometer från alla hem i samhället. För den som söker äventyr, hoppa på cykelvägen som lämnar samhället och följ Truckee River norr, eller besöka Tahoe City, hem till allt från hemodlade caféer att lakefront fina restauranger, alla bara några minuter bort.

På vintern erbjuder Dollar Point central tillgång till nästan alla North Lake Tahoe främsta skidområden. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, och Homewood är bara en 20 minuters bilresa från din Dollar Point hem.

Our entire family stayed there over New Years to ski and we loved the house. It was perfect for us and our three adult kids, they liked having their own bathroom. We loved the hot tub and amenities! Could use more wine glasses though ;-). We brought our own detergent and paper towels. Can't wait to return!

Great stay at super comfortable house and very convenient for our family including the dog. Living space was very comfortable and bed and bath configuration gave us many options for our family. Fenced in yard was great for the dog as was the location and easy walk to the lake. Check in and check out was very easy.

Great place in Tahoe City

This home was perfect for my family during Christmas time. Enough space for my family, parents and sister and brother in law. Although we didn't get to ski due to the weather, we were still 20 mins away from Northstar and under 10 minutes from Tahoe City Safeway, cvs and restaurants. 20 minute walk to park and beach. Backyard was perfect for my girls who enjoyed making snowman's in the snow. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils for cooking and baking. Super comfortable home and great property manager. Thanks.

Great summer stay

Milestone birthday gathering

We enjoyed the Dollar Point house greatly. We were celebrating a friends birthday who lives in Dollar Point. We were able to stay on Mammoth and walk to our friends house for festivities. It was ideal. The living room couch is very comfortable and the hot tub was lovely.

Holiday Retreat

Had a great family Christmas experience at this VRBO. Plenty of space for cooking, playing games, and just hanging out during the huge snow storm going on outside! The owners weee kind enough to allow us to stay an extra night due to road closings.

Great Stay for a Relaxing and Fun Ski Trip w/ Friends

We booked this house primarily for the beds and everyone was able to stay and sleep comfortably in their own bed. The kitchen was well stocked and had a cast iron skillet in great condition. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day skiing and we enjoyed playing card games in the living room. There was ample parking for everyone in the garage/driveway as well.

Thank you for a great stay! We enjoyed the house and was a good size for our group of 8 people. It would have been better if the amenities were in better shape: - hot tub jets - had a hard time getting it to work properly - one of the shovels were broken, in case we needed it for the house - not having soap was a surprise (apologies if I missed the memo earlier) - would have been great if we could have connected to the audio system with our phones. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Nice property and location

Very clean and great neighborhood. The kitchen supplies were slim and a lot of the things need to be thrown away. The furniture on the deck was broken and someone could be hurt. Some beds were comfortable and some not. It worked out nicely for a family trip.

Delightful Thanksgiving!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfectly located at Dollar Point! We loved the backyard for the kids and my mom's dogs. The hot tub was very welcomed after a day at Northstar! The property management team was just fantastic on communication and help! (especially on the eve of Thanksgiving). Only suggestion would be to add more kitchen towels and maybe a few more potholders! We did cook alot as it was a holiday. Great stay! Will book again if available! Thank you!

Great stay in Dollar Point!

The property is accurately represented in listing. It was really nice that each room had its own en suite bathroom. Location was perfect! Walking distance to the lake, 5 minutes to the closest grocery store, so close to Tahoe City, and perfectly located between multiple ski resorts allowing for our group to pick and choose where they wanted to ski. The living room/kitchen area was perfect for our group too. The only reason I gave the property 4 stars was because the hot tub didn't really get hot so we were unable to use it during our stay. The property management company was very responsive when we reached out about the hot tub which was really appreciated but unfortunately even after someone came to look at it, it still wasn't functioning as desired. Besides the hot tub, the rental was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a great fit for us for our week's stay in Tahoe. The couch was comfy and the table large enough for our needs. The different rooms were spread out well with TVs and bathrooms galore. My biggest complaints were that the beds were really uncomfortable (ended up sleeping on the couch a few nights), there were no pool towels to use, and the main room is somewhat crowded due to the size of the couch and the kitchen table being so close. Other than that, it was a quiet neighborhood with a flat road, easy access in and out of Dollar Point, nice newer fixtures and a large outdoor deck and hot tub were a plus.

Excellent Stay

Our stay here was fantastic! Aside from not having any kitchen towels, a vacuum or broom that we could find, or a steel brush to clean the grill (all easy fixes), everything we hoped for was provided. We loved the well stocked kitchen and the gas stove. The refrigerator was large and there was ample cupboard space for us to store the food we brought for a party of 9. The living room had a cozy gas fireplace and a comfortable couch that easily sat us all. It had an ottoman big enough for us to put a game board on and small enough for us to sit around and play. The dining table was large enough to fit us all. The backyard was restful and the hot tub was great. Perhaps one of the things we liked most was how every bedroom had its own bathroom. A few other things we enjoyed were the washer and dryer, the nice neighborhood and the overall pleasant feeling and layout of the house. People were able to sleep comfortably in the bedrooms even if some of us were playing games (not necessarily quietly) in the common space. The location is also a plus. We enjoy hiking and biking and Dollar Creek Trail is literally 3 minutes away across the main street. The main street also has a paved bike trail that parallels it. And, it is an easy, short drive to Commons Beach. The last thing we'd like to mention is that we appreciated how professional and courteous the Tahoe Getaways staff was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the High Sierra Hideaway to celebrate Thanksgiving in Tahoe with family members. Generally we were satisfied with the home but it does lack a lot that we find in other Tahoe rentals. Cooking a Thanksgiving dinner was a real challenge in a kitchen that lacked a lot of essentials. For example, the stove has one oven and only one rack. The toaster oven didn't work at all and we went to Safeway and bought a good knife.Having owned a Tahoe rental property myself in the past I know how important it is to have everything necessary for families to cook a holiday meal The bedroom and bathroom situation was good. The family room is the only "living" space in the house. For 10 people that was a little tight. The yard out back was good sized and I liked we were in walking distance to Tahoe City and the lake. Personally I would not rent this unit again because it didn't fit our needs

This property offers space for a large group at an affordable price point which many groups find ideal. If you are looking for something at a Gold Level, with a double oven and second social space, please let us know and we would be happy to point you in the right direction.

Less than ideal

The property was poorly maintained, the cleaning service was terrible and left limited towels for our family and the washing machine was broken, so we couldn't do laundry to clean the limited towels we had. When we called the property manager (Tahoe Getaways) to address the issues, they told us to use the bath mats (not actual towels) in a black trash bag located in a cubby hole I had to crawl into to retrieve. And they never fixed the washing machine and only offered us $150 back (after we spent over $8k) but we had to sign a waiver of all our rights. On top of it all, there was water running through the walls of the house. We told the property manager to alert the owners ASAP. I highly doubt they did.
