Lake Tahoe vacation rental on the north shore at Tahoe City in Dollar Point. Four bedrooms, loft, 3 baths (sleeps 8-10). Note: sleeps 8 in beds in bedrooms. Additional bedding includes: the couch (2), a very small child bed, and a pack 'n' play. Beyond 10 people and you will feel crowded. Note: per Placer County short term rental policy enacted 4/1/22, occupancy is limited to 10 people after 9pm and 15 people during the daytime. Age 11 and younger are not counted.

Water skiing, fishing, kayaking, crawdad fishing. Boat ramp 1½ miles. Inflatables for the kids, beach chairs, umbrellas provided. Hiking, biking, x-country skiing, ice rink, sledding and mountain biking trails within 1-3 miles. Gambling casinos 25 minutes away or a 1 hour drive to Reno or South Shore. World class golf, 30 courses 10 min. to 1½ hours away.

Our home has a large back yard with a lawn. The yard is ringed with pines, quaking Aspens and natural foliage. Enjoy an evening game of bocce ball, throw darts or a round of horse shoes. We have a spacious patio with lounges and outdoor speakers. Dine outside on one of the many gorgeous summer evenings. Landscape lighting illuminates the trees all around. In the winter, build snow forts and unleash epic snow ball battles. Snow ball makers, sleds and snow provided.

Note: Starting in 2021, the HOA members voted to make the recreational facilities available to members only. Sadly, the beach, pool and tennis courts will no longer be available to our guests. There are a few public beaches nearby and tennis courts at the North Tahoe Regional Park in Tahoe Vista (6 miles). A list of beaches can be found in our information binder at the house and emailed upon request.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. New, strict rules are in place for short term rentals with limits on the number of people, 10 after 9pm and no parking on the street. There is only room for three vehicles in our parking area, but is not guaranteed. Winter storms may limit the available space due to heavy snow loads and the ability for us to hire a secondary snow removal company or your ability to shovel the sides. Our primary company only keeps 90% of the area clear. Size of vehicles may also limit access. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Fines start at $1,500 and repeat violations can result in revocation of our STR permit. We respect the integrity of our neighborhood and aim to be responsible owners.
