Esta pintoresca y acogedora casa de estilo capa tiene tres habitaciones, un baño completo, ducha al aire libre, gran porche y terraza. Se encuentra a unas dos millas de las playas de Dennis y tiene un estanque de agua dulce a pocos pasos de distancia. ¡Solo quedan tres semanas disponibles en julio y agosto!

Great Location

We has a great stay at the little cottage near Flax Pond. Nice neighborhood for walking and biking. Great Location. Central to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great place to enjoy all the Cape has to offer! Quiet neighborhood with a walking path around the nearby pond. The owners were available to answer questions and help if there was a problem. We have returned for a number of years and will do again next year as well!

Lovely house in a great location

Beautiful spacious house with plenty of room inside and out. Very nice quiet neighborhood that is a 10-15 minute drive from many nice beaches. Had a great time would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

Cute home in a nice neighborhood to walk our dog. Everyone was friendly. Favorite spot was the enclosed porch/bonus area. Host Karen was excellent and attentive (we were there for hurricane Lee) Highly recommend

Perfect Vacation Spot

We have stayed here during the summer for the past four years. The place is perfect for us-lots of room, close to the beaches, near a preserve to walk the dog, a deck to sunbathe in and a quiet neighborhood. The owners are accommodating and available. We will be back next year!

Wonderful… Again!

Such a great week on Cape Cod. So nice to be back again. The back room, the deck, everything was so comfortable and perfect for us. Hope to be back for year 3 next summer !

Cape Cod Relaxation

We have stayed in this home for three years now and find it a delightful spot to relax and get away from the busyness of life. The home is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, near beaches and restaurants, and has a trail with a pond right down the street. Perfect in every way!

Epic Cape Cod Vaca

Beautiful and low key neighborhood in walking distance of a fresh water pond. The cottage comfortably slept our family of five and pet with room for a few more if the pull out couches were used as beds. The sun room was big and could seat enough for a family style dinner. It was clean and fully stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. We are already looking to book it again for next year!

Mine Family Vacation

I was very impressed with this rental, looks even better in person! It was so roomy, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were able to eat meals together, spent most of our time at Mayflower Beach, made burgers on the grill, went out for ice cream at the Cape Cod Creamery, watched a family movie each night on the Chromecast and ended our trip with a stop at Cuffys in West Dennis. Will definitely be back!!

Another wonderful week

This is our second year starting at this property and it’s starting to feel like a home away from home. Karen is very responsive to all communication, and the house feels like a well lived in space with all of the amenities you could need. Looking forward to our next trip already!

Very peaceful

The cottage is older but so charming. They had everything available that we would need to stay for as long as we did. We stayed there for 8 days and it was so peaceful. The pond is beautiful, the neighbors are really nice, and we were able to have our animals with us in a safe environment. The owners worked with us regarding timing of leaving and arriving due to our relocation. The location is perfect. You are far enough away from the craziness but close enough to everything that you need including the beaches. It was a great stay!

Comfortable Cape Home

This property was ideally situated for the northern Dennis beaches. After a long day in the Sun, we’d come back to the lovely home to relax, cool down, and get a good night’s sleep. The owners were responsive before and after check in, the home was immaculate and well equipped, and it was perfect for my family, including being easy to childproof for our daughters with special needs. We’re looking forward to coming back next summer!

Comfortable cottage, great area!

Comfortable and clean . We had a great week at the cottage. Very roomy! Loved the large enclosed porch and the deck! Outdoor shower was perfect. Close to Corporation beach; our favorite. There is a wonderful clean pond at the end of the street. Great for swimming or kayaking/canoeing. Nice little beach area too! My granddaughter loved it!

Great Week!

What a nice relaxing place to vacation. From morning coffee on the deck, to a short drive to our favorite beach, lobster rolls and seafood in the evening, while finishing the nights playing games. We had a wonderful week!

Just Fantastic!!

We had never been to Cape Cod and now love it!!! We arrived at the house and due to covid, I was a bit nervous. The house is well stocked with items such as cleaning supplies, linens, towels, beach chairs. I can go on and on! I loved how quiet and private we were. My husband and I enjoyed having coffee on the deck and going for walks near the lake down the road. Our favorite beach which allowed my cavapoo on was Mayflower beach. It was a short ride and the beach was so nice. Our communication with owner was great and she answered all our questions. I loved that we arrived to the home and a welcome basket was waiting for us. We will be vacationing here again and again. Thank you Karen for allowing us and Miley to stay at your home!! :-)

Dennis House

Karen was responsive to questions. Cottage worked out well for me and my family. Enjoyed the location near Flax pond. Quiet area. Interior isn’t fancy but comfortable and clean. Nice sunroom.

Our family has been using this house as our primary vacation home for over 25 years! We love Dennis because it is quiet, quaint and close to many beaches as well as close to biking trails and shopping.

This property is centrally located on the cape, close to Beaches, ponds, Cape Cod Rail Trail (biking trail) , Scargo tower, Scargo Lake and many shops, museums, theater and restaurants.
