The lower level is finished with an additional bedroom, 4 Bed Bunk Room and a walkout slider onto the new stamped concrete patio. Why they chose this property

This property had everything on our wish list. Nice sandy beach, good boating, tons of room for our entire extended family were the things that hooked us. Plus it's 10 minutes from some of the best dining in the state of Michigan.

What makes this property unique

The proximity to Interlochen truly intrigues us, we plan on taking a concert or two there, I would try it if you can. You can see the fireworks from the house for home games from the beach bums and Traverse City is right there!
