About Vacasa, Breckenridge / Summit County Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great Studio with a Large Bathroom
We love how this studio is close to the slopes, shopping and dinning. Even though this unit DOES NOT come with a parking space...there are options but we discovered one of our own! This unit is well stocked with lots of extra towels, sheets, pillows, blankets...and all the other esstenials...!!! Although the floors could have been cleaner...there was balls of hair and dust in the corners, especially the bathroom, the floors could have used a good cleaning in general.
Only One Change (no parking)
The only thing that would make this unit perfect is a parking pass for the garage. This unit does not have one, and if you don't have it you can't get it.. We found parking 1/2 mile up the road at the Ice rink for $15.00 per 24 hr. It wasn't a deal breaker but it added 45 minutes to each trip involving the car.
We were 200 steps from the Base 9 lift. It was so convenient!
Great location, nice cozy room
Loved that the location was right on Main Street so that we could walk to all of the things we had planned to do. The room was cozy and felt like a little Colorado cabin. The bathroom has a ton of space and the toilet, shower and vanity are all in separate/private spaces. The room was clean, the coffee was great, the bed was somewhat comfortable.
You do have to pay for parking which is expensive at the hotel, but there is cheaper off site parking that runs a shuttle to the hotel. We had 2 adults and one baby stay in the room and just put our pack and play in the kitchen for the baby to sleep. Worked out great!
My only complaints were that the blinds didn't keep out light in the morning, so it was bright in the room pretty early. Also, the temp was 80+ degrees in the room (thermostat seemed to be broken), so we had to open the windows to cool it down.
We are glad to see this unit worked well for these guests for the most part! The wooden slat blinds are great at keeping the light out if the blinds are turned upwards. This building does tend to run hot, so we have provided fans to help circulate the air. Thank you!
What a great little condo for a perfect retreat!
We couldn't have asked for a better condo for our weekend getaway. The location is just about the best you could think of. We walked all over town from the condo, if we got too far away, we just jumped on the Breckenridge Free Ride (free transit busses) and got dropped off right in front of The Village.
We were pretty disappointed.
The couch cushions had burn marks on the cushions where it looks like someone layed them on the heater. The dryer on level 4 was broken and we asked for it to be fixed and never was. We ended up going downstairs to level 3. The water was turned off for 4-5 hours during our stay which meant we couldn’t use water. Normally this wouldn’t be that big of an issue but we had a child who was throwing up and we couldn’t even use water to clean her up. We also couldn’t use or flush the toilet. And as stated we couldn’t use the dryer to finish washing and drying her clothes. Also the lobby was under construction and we had to enter and exit through the cold garage. I believe that this info should have been available when I booked the place.
I had to call the staff several times upon getting to my place to discuss parking issues. The parking situation was not very clear in the directions (I came before winter dates started) and led us to believe that we would be able to park in the garage for free. I ended up being able to park in the F lot across the street during the day and over night in the garage. But I had to wake up at 6:30 to move the vehicle so I wouldn’t be ticketed. I talked to 2 different people that were very helpful but I spent the first two hours of my trip trying to figure out where I was going to park.
