1800 pies cuadrados, casa de pueblo de 3 pisos con un baño completo y un dormitorio en cada piso, cocina y sala de estar en el nivel medio con terraza. Hermosa terraza con una parrilla de gas de 4 quemadores en el piso 1, y nuevos muebles contemporáneos en todo! Mission Bay está a 50 yardas al este, y la playa está al otro lado de Mission Blvd 100 yardas al oeste. ¡Se ofrecen dos raros espacios de estacionamiento sin cargo adicional y dos Súper Anfitriones administran la propiedad para asegurar la estancia más agradable!

Wonderful Place for the Whole Family

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy. The rooms were spacious and we fit all 8 of us, 5 teens and 3 adults, comfortably! Loved the location, just steps from the bay, beach and theme park! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone with a big family like ours!

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with how comfy the beds all are. It's super walkable to everything we wanted to do. Getting my SUV in the garage was a challenge, but we managed it with the help of a couple friendly passers-by.

Isthmus beach property

This is a great property location and very good for families. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday with her friends and it was perfect for access to the beach and bay as well as provided 2 parking spaces a huge advantage near that area.

Clean, accessible and charming. 3 floors allowed for privacy within groups. Easily walkable to attractions and shops in the area. Blended in with the other rentals at the location but the houses are set really close together. We enjoyed our stay so much thank you!

Amazing location and ease of use!

This property had a phenomenal location in Mission Beach. Directly between the bay and beach, close to restaurants, bars, and downtown with tons to do! The host was extremely prompt in responding and the property was very easy to access. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation Bliss

We stayed at this property with two full families with 4 teenage boys. The accommodations were perfect, from the layout of the property to all the essentials provided. Check in and out was flawless and communication with Gabe was always timely and efficient. The location was perfect as we felt safe with the boys able to come and go and they pleased with plenty of things to do! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Family stay

Great location. Very walkable to beach, park, amusement park, food. The rental its self is a little tired. Picture online are from maybe when they first started renting it. Coffee maker didn’t work, boogie boards broke. Overall was a fine place to rest your head in the comfortable pillows and beds.

Awesome stay during July 4th!

Had a great time with our family during the 4th of July staying at this beach house! A walk distance to the bay to easily go back and forth as needed. Listing is accurate, communication was on point! The only thing I would request is one of the pull out couches to be repaired. The metal rods were bent probably due to overuse. Other than that, we would stay here again!

Horrible experience

Also, upstairs was missing a screen on the window. We were chewed by bugs and the window wouldn’t close. Don’t be fooled my the photos. The house is not bright and cheery. It’s dank and dark. The furnishings are not what is in the pictures. If you all want pictures of what we experienced, I have them. The back yard is on a major waking, biking path. No privacy at all.

Great Location and Space

We were 6 adults and 3 children (1, 6, 8) and one small dog. We stayed over Xmas and New Years. We didn't feel crowded as we had 3 separate bedrooms on 3 floors all with separate baths. Everything worked as expected and the Beach and Bay were just a few walkable blocks away. We spent many happy days building sand castles, walking along the beach and playing with waves. The arcades and rides at Belmont Park were a big hit with the 2 grade schoolers and there's an excellent park nearby with fun playground equipment everyone enjoyed. We also hit the Zoo while there. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen well resourced. In addition we got Grub-Hub deliveries and did some local pickup. All workable options in that location. There was plenty of baby gear for our 1 year old and some nice TV options for the older kids. The living room has 2 large seating areas that held everyone just fine. The garage holds 2 cars which is a plus in this area. Gabe and Elena are attentive hosts and communicate well. We really didn't need anything as it was all in place and designed to support large family gatherings. We felt overall, it worked extremely well for our needs.

Not what is cracked up to be!

Oh gosh where do I start! Ok 1st of all the pictures of this place are soooo far from the actual look it will shock you! This place is very outdated, very, very, DARK and DAMP! The brown carpet through out this Condo/ townhouse is absolutely AWFUL! I mean it's so gross and old and it smells! The other flooring is laminate and mismatched through out! The pictures show a great back patio where you can sit with your family and play Cornhole and such,well that's not going to happen because it's really much smaller than you think! Also this is a pet friendly property and from the pictures of the outside you may think your dog's could roam freely behind the gate, NOPE!This isn't an enclosed patio! The outdated bathrooms and the squishy water sound from the ground floor bathroom probably will explain the musty old water smells. Don't step wrong on the floor in the second level between the bedroom and the bathroom.... You may actually fall through it! As seen from the garage the subfloor seems to be cracking through to there. The main bedroom on the middle floor doesn't have a television in it and the room smells so bad my son slept on the couch! He's not a picky guy so it really smells that bad! Tack strips showing on staircase lead to a sliced open foot! Lol on the tandem garage! You'll be fighting for parking elsewhere all week, unless you have like 2 smart cars! Heat doesn't work so hopefully you have extra blankets! Look around for the price there is way better, trust me!

Fabulous beach house in a fun location for families!

Description of this lovely home is very accurate on VRBO. The property does have some wear and tear- the deck, furniture, etc... but to be expected at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for a large family. Or you can walk easily to almost all of Mission Beach/Bay restaurants. The bathrooms were stocked with soft towels and high quality organic shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion, etc. Our only complaint was that the master bed had a broken box spring under the mattress, so that side of the bed was not comfortable. Otherwise, this rental is a true San Diego gem and you will absolutely enjoy your stay here! Location can't be beat.

Great location!

There were 7 adults and 4 children. The location was great, less than a 5 min. walk to the beach. We were a very short walk away, just a few, minutes, from the boardwalk, restaurants, and a market. The townhouse has everything you need including beach towels, beach toys, and spices, plus AC and ceiling fans. There was plenty of room for everyone, the deck was a fun place to hang out. It was quiet in the evening. Our family really enjoyed it!

Great location

Property within walking distance to beach, bay and great restaurants. Parking is a little rough and the lady next door is a loud mouth drunk who loves to voice her distaste for renters. Both are not big enough issues not to rent the place. Even with that said I would stay again.
