This was our 3rd year at Caprice and yes we booked for next year! Everything was absolutely wonderful as always. We got off our cruise ship early on our checking day and she let us checking as soon we could and that was very nice. Not one complaint!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Even chairs and beach umbrella!! We really enjoyed the balcony, with incredible views of the sea and the beach. I also want to highlight the attentiveness and very friendly treatment of those who work there. Perfect!!!

Exactly as the picture looks and the description made it sound. Beautiful view. Great water access. Close to many attractions if you want to walk and so many drivable places. A+ on the kitchen supplies for guests to use. Clean! Friendly place!

We have stayed at The Caprice for 4 years in a row, planning to go next year also. The staff is great I have had contact with LeeAnn at the front desk, she is great any requests are attended immediately, Craig is good and accommodating also. The view is beautiful from your balcony overlooking the pool and ahead of the pool is the ocean, gorgeous. Always clean, and in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Five Stars in my opinion

Great experience

This was our first year at the condo complex and we loved it! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the access to the pool and beach. We would certainly stay again with our kids!

Perfect little beach condo that is ON the beach.

This was my first VRBO stay ever. This place was lovely!!!!! Clean, quite, perfect location for beach, bars and restaurants ( 82 degrees is my favorite and in walking distance), perfect pool and beach access! It looked just like the pictures. Check in with Leeann was so smooth and our place was actually ready before check In time! We left condo 205 with extra sleeping pillows and two beach chairs. Hopefully someone else can enjoy them! Definitely will always return to st. Pete beach and hopefully caprice condos are available again!

Property was well maintained

The property was clean and everything was functional. The balcony was large enough to comfortably enjoy breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked with any plate/pot/tool you would need. There was only one beach chair and no beach toys or umrellas.

The Caprice is exactly what we're looking for at this stage of our life. We booked the Caprice for next March during our stay. LeeAnn was a pleasure to deal with. Please keep her there.
